Dr. Tariq Malik and Dr. Nam Phan are the Best Dentists! The office staff do great Teamwork! Competent and polite. Everyone there listens and they're all calm and polite without any rush while caring for the patient. Just had surgery by Dr. Phan and I have no post surgical pain. I'm amazed. Gigi, Sonia, Jessica, Brayden and Samin - you guys are a well organized competent, compassionate Team! Keep up the Great Work! Albany Upstate Dental is #1

I had two broken teeth. Dr. Nam Phan did the extraction of my teeth. The procedure was so smooth without feeling pain. I don't have pain or swelling after extraction. Even, Dr. Phan followed up to make sure I am feeling good after the procedure. I have a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Phan, he is professional and experienced. I appreciate his work.

Dr.Nam Pham Did An Excellent Job On My Wisdom Tooth Extraction And The Procedure Was Very Quick And Painless. Also His Assistant Was Very Helpful And Made Feel Comfortable. I Highly Recommend His Services For Any Dental Care.

I've been going here for several years and just met Dr Nam Phan. I was there thinking I was having a cavity filled. Dr Phan was extremely gentle and actually fixed three cavities instead of the one I thought we were doing. Probably the best experience I've had at the dentist office. I always recommend Albany Upstate to anyone who asks about dental work. Now I'll also recommend Dr Phan to do your work.

Had 3 teeth extracted had zero to little bleeding and have minimal post op pain definitely recommend anyone that needs teeth extracted to come here.

Great experience very professional. This dentist facility performed (greatness) 100% amazing job on teeth work I needed done. Consisting of Two front crowns and three teeth being pulled. I definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone seeking dental work. Felt comfortable safe and let me add on very clean sanitized dentist facility I may say. I was able to understand while I was coached through the procedures. 5 stars and will continue to do teeth cleanings at upstate dental.all staffing get a smile from me. keep up the great job!

This is a great place to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional. Dr. Nam Phan did my 2 implants and let me tell you how he is all about his work.... 4 days later and no pain. I felt great that I was in good hands because he explained very well what was going on.... would highly recommend to anyone!!!

This was the most amazing almost no pain experience I have had from a dentist. I highly recommend them and they went behind the norm to check in on me. They are great to do business with and very professional. Thank you Dr. Nam Phan and staff for the most pleasant "extractions" experience.

Very good experience, had all my upper teeth removed and it only took about 25 minutes . Minimal pain after the surgery . Dr. Nam Phan is very good at what he does and is polite and curtious .

In response to the owner's strategic COVID blaming response below: My reason for this review is not because your office needed to reschedule me. It was because your staff was rude. I would have been perfectly happy if your response was "I am so sorry for this inconvenience and will call you within the next week to get you in for your appointment" as opposed to "deal with it". That is unprofessional and can only be blamed on your staff and not COVID. ---- Today - 3 days prior to my appointment - I called to update the clinic about my insurance. Over the phone, they tell me they have no staff and that they need to reschedule me to their next appointment... 3 months from now.... Considering I am not a new patient and have waited 6 months for this appointment, I was clearly upset. Upon inquiring whether they can provide me with a sooner appointment, they respond "It is what it is, I can put you on a waitlist". Keep in mind, my appointment that was made 6 months ago is in 3 days and I called them first ..... I called somewhere else and got an app within the next 3 weeks. The service is not special enough to tolerate the lack of professionalism.
