My daughter suffered a horrific ordeal and Mohamed Bayoumy DMD was not only kind and caring, he did an amazing job stitching up her lip--NO scar.... On a beautiful summer Saturday afternoon I should add!! I've never experienced this level of kindness before and cannot say enough of how amazing he was that day. Forever thankful!!!

Office staff was able to get me an appointment in less than a week from when I called. I have always experienced significant anxiety during any type of dental procedure. This, however, was possibly the most positive experience I have ever had with an extraction. Dr. Bayoumy was everything you would hope for in an oral surgeon, or any Dr. for that matter. He took plenty of time to discuss my concerns, my history and exactly what to expect during the extraction and after. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained my options, was compassionate, reassuring and competent. ( as was his support staff - especially Suzie).I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone looking for an excellent oral surgeon.

Saw Dr. Bayoumy twice recently for implant procedures. He and the assistants all were extremely professional and friendly. Very positive experience with this office.

I would NOT recommend this practice. I had a several different calls with the office staff. Each time, the staff was EXTREMELY rude. I've never experienced anything like it with a medical office before. I have trouble hearing sometimes and I was told that I needed to call my dentist to have x-rays sent over. So when I tried to confirm what they needed, I was told it was not their responsibility to get my x-rays which is NOT what I was asking them. I was trying to confirm exactly what I needed to do. Also, if they don't accept your insurance, they won't even submit a claim to your insurance. My regular dentist office isn't in my insurance network but they will submit claims for me. When I tried to submit the "patient treatment plan" that they gave me, my insurance wouldn't accept it. My insurance wanted a PDF document filed out. It was asking for information that I did not have or know. When I tried to get help from the office staff, they refused to even look at the PDF document, saying that they don't submit to insurance. I wasn't asking them to submit the claim. I was simply asking for assistance filling out the PDF document. This last conversation left me in tears. I'll be taking my business some where else. Already made a new appointment with another practice and their staff was so much more polite and helpful.

I have never been more pleased with our over all visit at any other place as we were today to get my son's 4 wisdom removed!!!! The staff (Dana) and Dr. were beyond amazing. Compassionate, personable, understanding and genuine are just a few attributes to speak of. I also drove almost 3hrs for this process because of the outstanding professionalism I received from the start. No hassle, easy and so understanding!! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Excellent. My appointment to have two teeth extracted was at 10:00AM on 11/20/18. The person who was accompanying me was stuck in traffic on the highway due to an accident. I must have called back and forth to the office between 8 and 10 times trying to save this appointment. We were 45 minutes late and they still accomodated me. The women at the front desk are saints. I have extreme anxiety and am not the easiest person to interact with when I am having a full blown anxiety attack and they were very patient with me. The entire procedure took less than an hour and a half. It hasn't been 24 hours yet and I have minimal pain. I am so surprised because I have had one other tooth extracted in my life and it was complete torture from the procedure and up through a week after. The Staff and Surgeons really are the best in the Capital District!j

This was the smoothest surgery and recovery I could ever dream of. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth out and had to reschedule my appointment multiple times (insurance issues). Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The surgery was totally fast and efficient - I was in and out under 2 hours and comfortably unconscious for all of it. Afterwards I had barely any pain - I've literally had period cramps worse than this major surgery! Healing went well, also smoothly, and staff was glad to field my multiple calls during recovery. Seriously, if you want to make sure you have a good oral surgery experience, go here!

I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled today ... I can't be happier, I was very impressed with the staff they were very professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Before I came here I did lots of research.. reviews don't lie... Great job!!!! I'm Very very pleased... keep up the great work!

Everyone was so kind and so nice they were able to relax and sedate me with no issues or hold ups if you're afraid of the dentist and need an oral surgeon this is definitely the place to go I just had the teeth extracted at 9 am today and here it is 130 pm and I feel great. This is the best place you could possibly go. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Dr. Busino called my husband right back on a Saturday. He was able to prescribe a stronger antibiotic and advise my husband about continuing care. We were fortunate to have his service reach him on a Saturday. Thank you Dr. BusBusino.

I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist I needed my wisdom teeth and 5 additional teeth extracted I was literally so scared I was in tears sick to my stomach and sweating. Amazing experience (for dental work). I had zero pain, good insteuctions, a patient nurse, and it was fast and efficient. Dr. Busino is highly skilled; there's no doubt that he is the best at what he does.
