Dr. Greenwald received his B.S. Degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown Pennsylvania in 1983, his DDS degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1987 and his MS in Health Care from Hartford Graduate Center in 1994. He completed his General Practice Residency at the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis in 1988, and a Fellowship in Special Care, N.Y. State OMRDD at Helen Hayes Hospital in 1989.
Dr. Greenwald was the Director of the General Practice Residency training program at The Waterbury Hospital Health Care Center, in Waterbury CT from 1989 to 2006 as well as having a private practice in Waterbury, CT.
Dr. Dina Jo Albano graduated in 1992 with a B.A. in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. She received her DMD in 1996 from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Albano completed a General Practice Residency at St. Marys Hospital in 1997 in Waterbury, CT and a fellowship at Waterbury Hospital in 1998. Dr. Albano has been in private practice for over 16 years.

I am a new client here and yesterday was my first appointment. This office definitely exceeded all of my expectations in terms of professionalism, expertise and customer service. The dentists are highly-knowledge and the staff are all very kind. I can tell that this family practice truly cares about their customers. I have recommended my fiance, extended family and close friends. 5/5 stars.

Great service, up to the point! As for my cleaning today in the mild snow we had. They had found a way to text me twice over the past week, call and move my appointment the up today. Then let me get there and fill out The COVID-19 form. Then tell me they couldn't see me because they stop taking my insurance. Maybe with all their technical skills they could of pull a report. And notify customers like me, back in August when they did this! They said it was up to the insurance company to tell me. I was showing up to appointment with them, not the insurance company. And it wasn't that I couldn't of paid out of pocket. Just the train of events that leaf me hurt inside. Ever feel like a number?

Nicest dental office! I just read a review about Joan being the receptionist years ago at the Robbins St location. She was so nice! And so was Arlene, the hygienist. Dr Albano was just starting her practice and she was, and still is the nicest dentist for kids and big chickens like me! The hygienists today, Tracey and Evelyn are super great and gentle. Albano and Greenwald is highly recommended by me!

Possibly the best dental practice I have ever been to. I am long in the tooth so have a lot of experience both in US and Europe. I may even look forward to my next visit! Covid guidelines extremely strictly enforced. Pain free filling today... oxymoron? true here. highly recommend.

My filling broke in tooth number 20 while crunching on a bunch of those peppermint lifesavers you steal when your at a funeral home. I can't stand the feeling of a sharp tooth so I started calling places the next day at 9am to get it fixed immediately. They got me in for 2pm that day and Dr. Albano got it fixed up like new and for a decent price. With the money I saved I'm taking the fam to Texas Roadhouse to try out the new tooth. Dr. Albano, her assistant, and the staff were very friendly and the place was very modern and clean. Highly recommend.

Made us wait in the car for 30 minutes, never called us, and then when we went into office to see what the holdup is they said "Oh we can't see you, the appointment was half an hour ago."...after we initially picked up the paperwork prior to the appointment time and were told to wait in the car.

All smiles TODAY at Albano & Greenwald Family Dentistry I had to have a tooth refilled. Dr. Greenwald took special care and I was on my way. As I was in the dentist chair, I thought about the early days and more than 30 years Dr. Greenwald has been contributing to my oral health & care. Tammy @Albano & Greenwald Family Dentistry always makes my day. I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist. I honestly feel like I'm going to a friends house for coffee and we just so happen to be cleaning my teeth. The staff is prompt & polite, and Tammy is always super attentive to any concerns I have.
