Dr. Jeff Alba grew up here in Mechanicsburg and is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh before completing his DMD at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry.

When we realized our son needed orthodontic work, we asked several people for recommendations. Our plan was to have two consultations and see what place we liked best. Alba was the top recommendation, so we started there. After only one consultation at Alba, we were so confident we had found the right place, we never even got a second consultation! Every person who worked with us at Alba was professional, warm, friendly, and patient (as a new parent with lots of questions). We're so happy we chose Alba!

If you are looking for an orthodontist office for yourself or your child Alba orthodontics is awesome. I had braces previously as a teenager. I was not happy with the results but at the time there wasn't much I could do about it. I am so happy that I decided to see them for a free consultation. I thought my case was pretty hopeless or I would only have one option maybe. I was actually given three options to choose from. I could not be happier with the results. Only 13 months in braces and I have better results than I did when I had braces the first time which took a couple of years to complete.

Alba Orthodontics is absolutely the best in the area. I am so happy with their customer service and excellent business practice. They use cutting edge technology and thoroughly explain the process. Alba orthodontics is truly the best. I put off fixing my teeth my whole life and finally pursued Invisalign this past year. I am so happy I did. Everyone at this office is professional, friendly, and efficient. I have had an excellent experience. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Alba are so kind and great at what they do. I have no idea how anyone could rate them less than 5 stars ever! I could go on and on but just know you are in great hands if you choose this practice!
