'The doctor adeptly repaired my veneers when they came off while I was on vacation over the holidays. I was able to schedule right away for my emergency service and am extremely grateful for the help. (These were veneers done somewhere else, but now at least I know that they are stuck on for a while!)'

Dr Olsen and the staff are all friendly and professional. It had been five years since we had a dental exam or cleaning. Dr Olsen took the time to ask if we had questions. He explained all the steps he was taking. He took a lot of time explaining the dental exam to my son along with importance of taking good care of his teeth and showed him how. Many thanks ti Dr Olsen and his staff!

I was very pleased with my visit! Dr Olsen and his dental assistant were both very friendly and calming. I came in with a broken tooth and they talked with me through each step and the plan for my next visit. They even made time for an unplanned cleaning!

Dr. Olsen was a class act as he examined and had my teeth cleaned. Not only were they quick to service the patient, they are as friendly as they come and really look after the patient. Highly recommend. They will definitely take care of you.

I was looking for a new dentist because my last one was trying to make me into a cash cow! I have a friend who's a dentist who took a look at my X-rays and said the crowns, teeth pulling and ten of the 13 "cavities" that this other dentist said I needed were bogus. I went to Dr. Olsen and he told me the same thing as my dentist friend. He was especially awesome when my eight year old after his appointment sat with me and Dr. Olsen actually showed my son what he was doing, pointing out which teeth were which and showing what the cavity looked like. It was phenomenal. My son liked Dr. Olsen as well, and he told Dr. Olsen when he met him that he doesn't like dentists. HIS approval says it all!

My family and I recently moved to North Pole from out of state and needed a new dentist in the area. I am very pleased with the services my daughter and I received at this location. They are both friendly and professional and took the time to explain the dental plans and cleaning procedures. I highly recommend!

Dr Olsen is outstanding. I wish I had found him sooner. Easiest cleaning I have ever had, they are super flexible scheduling all the work I need done. I expect this office will do very well. Check them out before they are jammed up.

Staff was very courteous and efficient from the start. Heidi, very up and professional and accommodating on the phone initially. At appointment Dr. Olson and leading hygienist were not only very thorough but provided a warm comfortable environment and information/resources to address my needs . Very welcoming and considerate.

Heidi is a very kind and pleasant lady, whom gave me a wonderful impression upon walking in for the first time. She's always so sweet! Andrea, Olson's dental assistant, is the absolute cutest and silliest; she makes me feel happy and comfortable through every visit. Dr. Olson is remarkably thorough in walking you through everything he's doing and he doesn't hesitate to give every bit of advice he can to keep your oral health in mint-condition. From cleaning to fillings to pulling wisdom teeth, he's done it all for me so I have many thanks - and more to come - for every one of these great staff members! Keep up the great work!
