Ridge View Dental did not have adequate Covid-19 safety protocols when the pandemic was at its peak. When I made the appointment took all precautions which was not the case. When I arrived, I was surprised the staff was not wearing masks. They just asked that I wash my hands. The dentist had just been out at a hunting camp for two weeks and the technician had just gotten back from cross country travel..no one wore masks. The administrator told me I had violated HIPA by asking the technician if she was vaccinated. (nope). Not a good experience.

This office is the most wonderful dentist office I have EVER been to and I think I have tried all of them in Juneau and a few down south ( 8 that I remember). The staff are warm and caring, always smiling and friendly, I have seen both dentists and they listen and advise with knowledge and understanding. I couldn't be happier with the care I received from all these great people. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Absolutely gentle, efficient, and patient friendly. Mary, Dr. Mitchell, and the front line team are well above 5 stars. I have already scheduled my next checkup and look forward to it! Very highly recommended!! Another great visit! Once again, Mary and Dr. Savannah have made my choice of AK Dental Arts an awesome choice! Very efficient, totally professional, and no surprises! Billing and scheduling have been easy and smooth. Thank you!

Dr. Lowe, Britt, Lynett, and Madison are all super helpful. I've been here for cleanings and fillings and am always met with wonderful service. The location is convenient, clean, and I look forward to my dental visits as much as one can.

I was looking for a dentist wasn't where sure to go. I called around and several people suggested I go to Alaska dental arts. I have been there three times each time was a great experience. Very clean offices, knowledgeable staff, and great dentists. If I have it dental work needed. Continue to use Alaska Dental Arts. Overall they very good at what they do. Thanks

He opened the office just for my daughter on a Friday. She needed cavities filled. Which is not fun! The Dr. and the assistant were great about keeping her calm and happy and distracted her from the procedure. The assistant was kind and a lot of fun to talk to while waiting for each filling to set. The office staff is kind and courteous and goes the extra mile in booking appointments and dealing with my insurance. Thank you Dr. Lowe!

I went there for a c&p exam for prior military service. I was asked a series of questions regarding the events that led to my dental issues and was reassured that everything would be okay. The doctor took a few measurements of my mouth and that was that. The place was clean, professional and id love to go back there to receive dental work at a later date. Thank you

Great crew. On staff tree inspectors greeted me before anyone else had come to work. Seriously though, first person in the doors and everything was sorted out quick with my phone as far as paperwork, so much quicker than pen and paper. Cleaning was ultra sonic so picks are a thing of the past. Appointment for work put off during covid and my child's two heart surgeries will be with in a week or so of cleaning. Clean office. Easy location to get to and get back on the main road.

Dr. Lowe and his staff are friendly and passionate about their work, the office is clean and inviting, and this is a great place to bring children. It's not often you go to a dentist and the entire experience is comfortable. Highly recommend Ridge View Dental!

The staff here is very friendly and it is very appreciated because I get anxiety every time I got to the dentist but here I have 0 Dr Lowe is very pleasant and I would recommend him to all my friends and family

The staff in this office is amazing. They always make me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is clean and up-to-date. The ladies up front do a great job explaining any out-of-pocket expenses so I'm not left feeling confused. Dr. Lowe is super gentle and quick. We'll definitely be referring all our family and friends to their office.

After I retired from the Air Force, Dr.Lowe has restored several of my teeth that were poorly done in the Air Force. He has also calmed my dental fears. He has been the best.
