Started on time, was mindful of my concerns, and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. I have been going to the Alaska Center for a number of years now and really appreciate the care and assistance from both the dental and administrative staff.

From the beginning of my visit, I was welcomed and helped by a friendly staff. I appreciated the help and patience of the lady behind the window. The nurse was courteous and helpful. Dr. Sage was informative and made sure I understood everything. This was a pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone! Harold Anderson

The first time I went, everything went well. Today, I went in for my second time and can't say the same. The anesthetic application was PAINFUL! You know how the dentist generally leaves the swab of topical anesthetic on your gums for a while to really maximize it? Yeah, no did NOT happen. In fact, he quickly swabbed my inner jaw tissue twice and then proceeded to inject the anesthetic within 10 seconds apart. They then proceeded to tell me I had to wait 10 additional minutes for it to kick in. Which it barely did so I had to get RE-INJECTED a second time. The initial injection was the worst I've had to date at a dentist's office. I felt every inch of that needle in my upper molar area. If I didn't have such a high pain tolerance, I probably would've screamed in pain. This is the kind of care that TRAUMATIZES patients into NEVER seeing a dentist again. And I'm a healthcare professional myself, so I know the effect of poor care. Unless you like being inadequately numbed prior to a procedure, I would not recommend. Giving it 2 stars because my first visit was actually decent and would have liked to stay a customer.

Dr. Oudin and staff were great. I am not a big fan of the Dentist, but ADC made it a very pleasant experience for me. From exam, cleaning, and cavity fillings everyone made it a positive environment for me.

This was my first visit to Alaska Center for Dentistry and I received a comprehensive oral exam. I really appreciated that at the conclusion of the exam I was given a treatment proposal with estimates for each visit so I can plan and budget for the year ahead.

My family had been going to Alaska Center for Dentistry for almost 10 years. The office staff is always friendly. You are able to get an appointment when needed. The dentists are all caring. I don't feel like the push procedures you aren't ready for.

After having not been to a dentist for 11 years (huge mistake, I know) I decided to come to Alaska Center for Dentistry to take care of an old cavity as well as have my wisdom teeth finally extracted. Dr. Sage and Dr. Oudin as well as their staff were excellent, and put any fears I had to rest. I will definitely be coming here again for all my dental care needs.
