Great Dentist! Takes time to talk to you and explains so you understand what is being done. If you're not happy with your progress he will do what he can to make you happy. Great staff also all friendly and knowledgeable as well as Dr. Derek.

A wonderful experience from check-in, cleaning from hygienist, exam by Dr. Furrow to check-out. Friendly, capable staff and dentists.

I went in for a simple cavity filling on a tooth of mine here at FFD. Derek (one of the Dentists) said it was a typical cavity, that it wasn't anywhere near the nerve of the tooth, and that I wouldn't feel any pain or discomfort. Great! However this turned into the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The day after, I started to have pain. After explaining my symptoms they had me come back in to fix it. Since then I have been to this dentist office on 5 different occasions to fix this botched filling and I still experience pain and discomfort on the tooth that he did the work on. Still trying to resolve this with with FFD I called one last time to let them know I still am experiencing pain in that tooth. However I was abruptly told by the receptionist that I would have to go to a specialist to fix it. And I quote her when she said "He is not touching it again, there must be something wrong with your tooth". Wow! Instead of taking responsibility for his work he himself is wanting me to go somewhere else to fix it and blame my tooth. Would you want to go to a place that doesn't know how to fill and fix a cavity? For the record X-rays we're taken before the filling and after. Derek, the dentist, said everything looked normal. I have had filling's before even in this office by Dr. Sweat (the previous owner) and have never had any problems whatsoever. Based on how this this dentist preformed and the way he handled his mistakes leads me to the conclusion that Derek doesn't knows what he's doing. Another thing I noticed was the unprofessionalism while I was being seen by Derek. During my procedure and my follow ups visits I noticed that him and and his assistant would play a game of what I call "guess which artist was on the radio". I'm all about having fun at work, but when you have a customer come in 5 times for the exact same issue you would think you should try and be a little more focused on the job and not the radio. Someone may say "why did I go back so many times if I kept getting bad service?" Well, he refused to issue a refund or help me out in any other way. So don't put your teeth in the wrong hands like me avoid Furrow Family Dentistry especially Derrick.

I had the most wonderful office visit to Furrow Family Dentistry. The staff was very professional yet relaxed. Dr. Derek Furrow was prompt and thorough, and his discussion made it so easy to understand my dental exam findings and suggested care options. Top rate care and very professional office. Thanks!

My experience was good, but when I got there found out my dentist had officially retired, not a word prior. I was under the assumption he would stay on a day or 2 a week/ or some minor schedule. Happy for him but a little disappointed.

Great staff and care. I chipped a tooth over the weekend. I called Monday and they had me all fixed up on Tuesday.

Dr. Emily did a same day crown for me today, this is so convenient! In 2 1/2 hours and in one appt I have a completed crown. Dr. Emily is a perfectionist, she crafts beautiful results blending science and artistry . From the injection to tooth prep to crown completion I was comfortable the entire time . She and her assistant Jade make a wonderful team!

The switch over from Dr. Swett to Furrow Family seems to have been smooth as could be. Dr. Emily welcomed me in with open arms as a new patient. She made sure I was comfortable and explained each step of what she was doing. I highly recommend Furrow Family Dentistry!

I was referred to Dr. Swett by a family member because I wasn't happy with the dentist I had. The work Dr. Swett and his assistant performed was fantastic. Very professional office. I have a new dentist.

Dr. Swett is very skilled. I'm so glad I found him. I trust his judgement and recommendations. His technicians are amazing. He has specialized equipment that makes my difficult dental issues easier to manage. He and his staff make sure I am comfortable during procedures. They are a great group of professionals.

Been coming here for 10+ years. Excellent service! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Alan Swett is simply the best and cares about all of his clients. Highly recommend this dental office.
