My brother Wendell was a patient today & the staff & Dr. Alan F. Robinson were great. They were caring. He is special needs & the patience that they had was wonderful. We as a family were allowed to be in the room with him. All three of us. Beautiful experience today & we are forever grateful. Thank you all for the genuine concern for our brother.

Went on a Job interview for the dental sterilization position at this office . Was not greeted was looked at as if I didn't belong at all . I was not greeted by anyone I walked in with confidence left defeated . Only because the color of my skin there was no minority's that worked there. I knew instantly with all of the qualifications I have for this role unfortunately I didn't get it because of that !

This was my first visit to Dr Robinson for a consult for mini implants. I live 1.5 hour away & I can say it was honestly worth the trip. From start to finish on my first visit everyone was wonderful from the front office staff and the back office staff they were so friendly I wanted to pinch myself. It's been a long time since Ive been anywhere that the entire staff was so friendly. Dr Robinson was friendly & professional as well. I'm all signed up for my mini implants. I would highly recommend their service for anyone needing dental work or implants.

This was a follow up visit assessing tooth area after oral surgery. Everything is healed. Not a good candidate for mini inplant so have to go with a standard inplant. Need to call back to schedule visits.

First consultation visit. Dr Robinson was very knowledgeable, he gave us and excellent and thorough explanation of the procedure. The staff very kind and cleared all my questions. I already decided to go ahead with the mini implant with treatment with Dr Robinson.

INCREDIBLE!! I Dealt with the pain and uncomfort of having flippers or partial dentures for almost 10 years And now I have my smile and my teeth back. Doctor Robinson is extremely thorough and patient. Everyone of his staff is incredible THE BEST DENTAL experience I've ever had. The mini implants I received have truly changed my life for the better. I look forward to smiling for the 1st time in 10 years.

I expected to get a treatment plan a a better experience than just a referral out to another dentist. I'm not to pleased with my overall information I received. I was there 2 hours to get nothing but referred out to another dentist not even on a real referral note or sheet. I feel so discriminated against. I think because I'm a black female I'm being treated like this. If I was a white female with dental issues, I know I would have been treated much better. I never told them I went to 4 dental offices. I went to 2 other places. Redwood Dental & Western Wayne, then Dr. Robinson. I did call around to many other offices for information. I was referred by my therapist who gave a great recommendation for Dr. Robinson, but no one ever said he was an Implant Only Dental Office. When I called the office and explained my issue on 2 occasions, they never explained Dr. Robinson only does Implants. They only wanted me to come in for a free consultation as I did. If I had known this, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
