Dr. Alan Rembos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Northwestern University Dental School, graduating as senior class president. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Rembos holds dual certification in BOTOX and dermal fillers, and he has completed a fellowship in implant dentistry.
Dr. Alan Rembos attended the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to Northwestern University Dental School, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) as president of the senior class graduates. Dr. Rembos holds dual certification in BOTOX and Dermal Fillers, and he has completed a fellowship in implant dentistry.
Dr. Rembos is a member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Association. He has also served on the Florida Board of Dental Examiners. Throughout his career, Dr. Rembos has been the recipient of many awards, achievements, and opportunities, including the following:
Dr. Gayane Avakyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia, and raised in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. While attending dental school in Uzbekistan, Dr. Avakyan was eager to become a dentist in the U.S.A. due to her passion for new technologies and methods. She strives to provide endless opportunities to present the upmost care for patients. She migrated to New York where she graduated cum laude from Long Island University with high honors and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a masters in molecular biology.
Pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist, Dr. Avakyan graduated top five of her class at the dental school clinic while earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Avakyan earned her doctoral degree with multiple awards, including the Esthetic Dentistry Award, the Digital Dentistry award, the Dental Photography award and the Prosthodontics Society Award. She also presented her work at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Conference in San Diego. Dr. Avakyan is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Avakyan is constantly completing various advanced training, including one-year special training at the Dental Implant Center at Englewood Dental in New York City and special training in full-mouth rehabilitation at NYU Dental School. In addition, she has performed various philanthropic mission trips in Jamaica and Armenia. Executing various degrees of dental procedures has developed her ability to connect with patients and guide them to their best available options for treatment. She is committed to providing personalized patient care through exceptional service and communication and helping patients overcome dental fears by displaying patience and compassion.
Dr. Avakyan enjoys life in Weston with her husband and two children. She has a lifelong passion for painting, photography and cooking. She also partakes in kayaking, hiking and swimming. Dr. Avakyan speaks Armenian and Russian and is learning Spanish.

EXPENSIVE ........ manipulative ....and inadequate ..... far better experiences with other dentists and services ...... oh and expensive recommedations were not based on issues at hand but centered on procedures to make money....i am moving on ...

Was seen for a dental emergency the day I called while on vacation. Staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Dr was able to send me to another colleague for a root canal the very next morning. Highly recommend their office.

Got seen at designated time and received good quality service. And not only that, I had a terrible infection develop over weekend he returned my messages promptly and was genuinely concerned and sympathetic. He did was he was supposed to do, graciously.

Follow up: Got my new crowns on top and bottom last week. It was painless and the results were perfect! Couldn't be happier! I can't recommended this practice highly enough, and I've already referred others who've bragged about the experience as well.

Expensive but Professional and Personal Service The Dental Hygienist in the Sanibel office is one of the best I have experienced. One issue I have had not with just this practice where we spend 6 months in Sanibel, and 6 months in Rye NH where I have a dentist, is to push both offices to exchange my dental records with each other. A specific example of this series of "very Bright Stars Disconnected" syndrome is when I was referred by this office to a oral surgeon practice in Bonita Springs for a biopsy of a lesion on my tongue. Neither office transmitted my record to each other and I had to request the exchange. This is an issue for not just these dental offices, but the majority of clinical practices in this country, whether dental or medical. The lack of coordination and communication causes not only duplication of tests but in some cases serious error and added costs.The majority of patients are not aware of this gap. I happened to have spent the last 15 years of my career in Harvard's off shore Captive Medical Malpractice Insurance company where the results of this gap end up costing millions of dollars, increasing premiums and visit fees, and in some cases serious harm.

I needed a dental while on vacation. I saw the excellent reviews on dr rembos and staff, so i decided to go. Not only did they give me an appointment within a day of my calling, but the dr and his staff were phenomenol! Professional, kind, caring, listening and provided the care i needed. If i lived here dr rembos and staff would be my number 1 choice

Shelly did a spectacular cleaning, gum exam & fluoride treatment. Twice a year for the past 3 years she has done a fabulous job on my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Rembos & his excellent professional team.

On vacation far from home and my Implanted tooth is definitely loose very afraid I will choke on it while sleeping. Fortunately our nearest neighbor suggests calling Dr Rembos D.D.S. My appt is scheduled for 2 hrs later. Such a great experience, info on what the procedure would be, recuperation time would be and what I could expect from comfort measures. The office is spotless and modern. Definitely 5 stars!
