After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas, Dr. David Frankel obtained his D.M.D. in 1989 from the Medical College of Georgia. In practice for 26 years, Dr. Frankel gives dental presentations to local elementary schools each year.
Dr. Frankel stays abreast of the latest advances in dentistry with memberships in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Atlanta Seattle Study Club and the Hinman Dental Society.

Today was supposed to be my third visit with the office for routine checkups. First visit was okay. Second visit was fine, but never saw a dentist AND X-rays couldn't be done because "systems were down". Today was supposed to be my third visit. Mind you, I have an appointment card FOR TODAY, but I was told by the front desk my appointment is in October. I asked if my last appointment was in February (she confirmed yes). I then asked if routine checkups are scheduled for every six months and was told yes. I then asked why I have an appointment set up for October IF I have an appointment card from them stating my appointment is today AND why I would be standing in their office today. The woman explained I must've made a mistake. She said she would try to fit me in today but was finally told the best she could do was August 12. I asked her to keep my October appointment since they couldn't fit me in today as was scheduled. No apologies were given and it was inferred that all of this was my error. Can't wait to see what happens in October!

Let me first start off by saying this is my first time dealing with a dental office. Allison now girl we had a laugh !! She's front desk second seat give her a call she will help with EVERYTHING !!! From my first appointment two weeks ago till today ! My experience has been WONDERFUL!! I was very nervous at first but I believe her name Kim (the dental assistant ) & Jennifer (the hygienist) made my first appointment so smooth , calm , respectful. As well as Spoke to me each step of the way. Both checked on my mental before even starting my process so that I wouldn't have any fear !! Dr.jiwani such a sweet guy... made sure my dental work was done correctly from the cleaning to the fillings and X-rays done with his team .. even cared to actually know more about his patient. He was so caring and soft to the touch, he made sure to always give eye contact which is a huge plus for me !! From now on this will be my ONLY dental office !! Thank you to the whole Dental Team for making my experience smooth , detailed , fast & wonderful.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a appointment to have a tooth looked at due to a filling coming out. I had no issues with my mouth hurting at all I just wanted to have it checked. They did x-rays and I was told by Dr.Frankel he need to clean the inside of where the filling was so he could let me know if it could just be filled again or if i would need a root canal. The hole was very small. After about 15mins of him in my mouth I touched my tooth with my tongue and realized he has made the hole 10x bigger. I asked him about the cleaning and he told me he is doing a root canal. At no point did he tell me he was starting a root canal. I was told he would clean it and let me know whats the best option. On top of that at no point was I told how much it would cost and the bring a $400+ bill and the nurse tells me I shouldnt be like that its not that much money and I have insurance so that why its only around $400 and its not that much. Now i left and I have to get a root canal no matter what. I could have just left the tooth alone and been fine. I will never return to this place and I will also be making a complaint with the board of dentistry and my insurance company.

SMH! On my last visit to this office, my dental procedure (tooth removal) went wrong. During the partial removal, an adjacent tooth was cracked and chipped, the pain was incredible and the issue wasn't addressed. After many failed and painful attempts to remove the tooth, the dentist halted the procedure, walked out, and joked around with another hygienist while I lay in pain after getting half of my tooth out. I then had to leave and go to a recommended dentist that could finish the removal. This process and experience, I'm sure, is what nightmares are made of. Rectifying the issue is the new goal.

DO NOT pay them if your insurance pays the bill. IT IS extremely difficult to get the refund. I have not been refunded for the money I paid in May after more than half a year!!!

Wonderful people. We've been coming for 6 years now. My family has been treated by every dentist at this practice, most recently the delightful Dr. Talebi. They've all been very pleasant to work with. I pay dental out-of-pocket, and their prices are more reasonable than any practice I've known over the decades. No surprises, no nickel and dime billing.

Excellent practice! The receptionist, dental assistant and Dr. Frankel are all very nice and made the experience enjoyable. I've been coming here for over 10 years and Dr. Frankel is always very nice and great at explaining everything that is happening. He does a great job every time! Thank you all!
