He is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimores College of Dental Surgery and Tulane University in New Orleans. Prior to teaming up with Dr. Veltman in 1999, Dr. Kline worked for a large dental practice and started his own mobile dental company, which serviced the largest nursing home in upstate, New York.
Dr. Veltman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Marylands Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1976 and was selected into the Omega Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He was also given the Nathanial David Gold Medal award for excellence in clinical dentistry. He earned a Cum Laude for his work in chemistry from University of Maryland Baltimore County and also studied at the University of Texas and Bucknell University.
Dr. Veltman is a past president of the Flying Dentist Association and the Annapolis Dental Study Club. He is a life member of the American Dental Association and is a long-time member of the Anne Arundel Co. Dental Society.
Dr. Veltman trained as a U.S. Army combat medic and served in Vietnam. He is an avid sailor, pilot, loves to hunt, fish, row his shell, ride motorcycles, and square dance. He and his wife live on the eastern shore of Maryland and have two daughters.

Dr. Kline and his entire staff are some of the most caring and genuine people I have ever encountered! Their justified confidence in the quality of their work sets you at ease, even when facing complicated procedures. I had a root canal yesterday and Dr. Kline had me laughing the entire time! The entire time! During a root canal! The work is also perfection. No pain! During or after! He is that good! This practice has been life changing for myself, and my family!

Dr. Kline has been our dentist for almost seven years. Everyone in his office is knowledgeable and great to work with. Dr. Kline is helping me to restore 8 teeth I lost from Chemotherapy and Radiation in 2014, So far we have spent $ 20,000.00 to a Great Dentist to get my teeth back We are all extremely impressed with the virus safety protocols, and how gentle Dr Kline, is during each procedure

As a patient of mutiple dentists in the past, Dr Cline is by far the best! No question he hands down make you feel like your his only patient. It's such a family environment and everyone calls you by your name. I forget it's a dentist office sometimes (I'm quickly reminded when they start drilling into my mouth haha)

I wasn't a current patient but had family that see Dr Kline, they all rave about him. I called for an emergency appointment when i broke my tooth and they were able to see me within 90 minutes of my phone call. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Kline confirmed my broken tooth and explained in detail, thoroughly and in terms that were easy to understand exactly what treatment i would require. He listened to concerns and addressed fears, questions and concerns with patience, empathy and understanding. I was 100% comfortable and wasn't nervous. I was able to schedule my treatment for one week from my initial visit. I highly recommend Dr Kline to those who are like me and have dental anxiety.

I recently broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain when I was referred to this dental office. The staff was very friendly, attentive and quick to coming up with a plan to help with my pain. I look forward to making Dr. Alan Kline my primary dentist.

I have used Dr. Kline for a few years now, and so have my parents. He's amazing. He is polite, kind, and most importantly, does amazing work. He provides his cell number, follows up to make sure you're ok, etc. I've had cavities, a crown and a root canal and never had any issues. He's done major work on my father's teeth as well. My entire family and extended family love him. Highly recommend him.
