I recently became acquainted with Dr. Alan Ferguson and his devoted staff, through recommendation of a close friend. My former dentist for the past 25 years had retired suddenly. My first visit provided me with a thorough examination and analysis of the condition of my teeth and gums. Dr. Ferguson spent over an hour with me during this two hour visit. I was amazed at the digital xrays and the cleanliness and modernity of the equipment used. My second visit was for hygienic cleaning of my teeth and gums. The hygienist was kind, friendly, and most attuned to my needs. She spent over an hour with me and this was the most comprehensive visit of this nature that I have ever had. I strongly recommend Dr. Ferguson as a worthy source of dental care. And, again, kudos to his support staff, always eager to make your visit pleasant and productive.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson for 20+ years. The veneers he did for me are gorgeous; I've never had such a beautiful smile! Additionally, my gum disease is under control thanks to Dr. Ferguson and his terrific staff. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful care they have provided me these many years!

Very caring staff, professional and friendly. Office, waiting area examination areas are clean. I have been going to this office for many years and have no reason to look for another dentist or hygienist!

Always professional and friendly. Appointments are kept promptly. The staff is ready to answer all questions and is very helpful. Dr Ferguson has a story or a joke for me to enjoy.

I am so happy I found such an amazing dentist that I can trust. Dr. Ferguson is hands down the best dentist I have been to! He also has such an amazing team. Sheryl, Shelly, Suzy, Katie and Lori were knowledgeable and more than happy to help and are genuinely sweet ladies. If you are someone who is scared of the dentist, I highly recommend this office as they explain in detail what they will be doing for the day and make you feel very comfortable. I also received a hand-written note welcoming me to his office which is the sweetest thing and something I've never seen a dental office do. Will definitely be referring my friends and family!

I've been with Dr Ferguson only 3 years . I had a hard time leaving my former dentist of 30 years from my home town, traveling 180 miles was no longer an option . I now feel I should have changed to Dr Ferguson sooner . I always leave with plans to improve my oral hygiene. I'm given options for additional care during my biannual visits that include cancer screening . Every visit has been a great experience, including flexibility in scheduling out in advance for a full calendar year .

First of all Sheryl and go way back and she and the rest of the staff and Dr. Ferguson have always treated me with the most care for my teeth they are nothing but first class !!

I moved out to AZ two years ago post college and found Alan as a dentist because of the good reviews. During my first cleaning they used some fancy laser and told me I had a cavity and had to have it filled, they also told me I needed to be on a 4 month cleaning schedule instead of 6 which I had never done before. On my next cleaning appointment they said I had two other cavities and one was worse then the other so the hygienist suggesting we fill one and watch one to see if it got worse. On the way out I was asked to schedule my filling and when I told the receptionist what the hygienist had said she responded "well do you want it to get worse?" In a very rude tone. Fast forward after I had my fillings done and went in for another cleaning the dentist checked my mouth and said the filling I was waiting on needed work. I went in the next day to get it filled and while he was filling that one he decided that one of my previous fillings done by my old dentist needed redone. He didn't mention this the day before and then suddenly it was an issue. Keep in mind I had only had two cavities in 22 years and all of a sudden I had a ton Bcs of some laser saying so. I told him that I didn't want to fix the other filling because I wasn't having pain. I ended up going to another dentist who said the filling was fine. I have seen the new dentist twice now and still no issues. They clearly were trying to take advantage of me because I was young and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Like Andy Sobczak, I have been connected to this dental practice for many years. When our previous dentist was no longer available, Dr. Ferguson came on the scene. I was a bit nervous but he turned out to be an excellent, caring dentist that has been keeping my mouth healthy for years. The office staff remains awesome and this coward appreciates it very much. When I started with the practice years ago I had serious oral health issues. The obvious caring, professionalism and nagging have brought me to dental health. Thank you Dr, Ferguson, Sheryl, Shelly, and all the rest of the wonderful staff. I strongly recommend them as your future dentist and dental office.

Dr. Ferguson is an alumni from THE PANKEY INSTITUTE! Up until this year, I thought all dentists were more or less the same - I was absolutely equivocated. I spoke to a Registered Dental Assistant in California that recommended me to visit Dr. Ferguson in Arizona - but if his office was too far, to at least look for another Pankey Dentist. I was looking for a Dentist that could offer a saliva test since there is so much you can learn from your overall health based on the health of your mouth, gums, and teeth. I am grateful that I made time to go to his office even though it is out of our way. We each got a different care plan and were treated based on our needs and preferences too. I like everything explained to me in detail and all options mentioned, I was given all of that by every staff member... Suzy is so sweet and Sharon is a bomb of information and I love it! I always leave the office with notes. My spouse was also very pleased and prefers being comfortable with little details involved in the procedure and said he was so relaxed that he has fallen asleep during his visits. I never knew there would be a drastic difference in our dental care and treatment going to a Pankey Dentist. I wish I had known about him 20+ years ago; and have started reaching out to friends and family to consider making a switch to Dr. Ferguson; or for those who live out of the state, to find a Pankey Dentist.
