Laura is responsible for front desk operations, including insurance and scheduling coordination and all insurance and billing inquiries. She has over 25 years of dental experience and originally hails from Gadsden, Alabama where she graduated from Emma Sansom High School.
She's a wife and mother to two amazing young men, one of whom plays baseball for the Jacksonville State University Gamecocks. Laura is a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and an Eucharistic Minister and has been an Auburn resident for 27 years.

Dr. Yount and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They explained everything they did and why they wanted to do it as well as made sure I understood everything. They were also up front about anything my insurance didn't cover. I would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent! Judy gets my teeth perfectly clean and it is always fun interacting with her. Dr. Yount is awesome as well. He got the contacts with my bite perfect after years of aching teeth. Laura at the front desk is always a pleasure. The best!

They gave me false estimates and overbilled my insurance, which being in network they are supposed to write off but they charged me for it anyway after the fact. MAKE SURE THEY WILL ACTUALLY USE YOUR INSURANCE CORRECTLY!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Yount, Mrs. Judy and Mrs. Laura all worked together to figure out the best solution for me and did everything thing to get me the most bang for my buck. They also answered all questions I had and explained things with detail. In addition, they urged me to give them a call if I have any questions or may need assistance with anything regarding my dental hygiene, referrals, and/or appointments. If I could give them a 10 I would.

I don't even live in Auburn anymore but I still drive down two hours from Birmingham to come here because these are the kindest, friendliest, most wonderful group of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with for my dental care. The trip is so worth it to me for the top notch care Dr. Yount and his staff provide. I won't go anywhere else!!!

Great experience and very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They take pictures of your teeth and cavities before, during, and after they work on them so you know exactly what's being done. I highly recommend going here!

The term, "game changer" gets overused but I have no other way to describe the same day crown experience with Dr Yount. In and out before lunch and I do not have to go back and my new crown looks and feels amazing.
