I had pleasant visit Dr Woods and his staff were very attentive and professional. No long wait time. Clean and friendly environment. It felt so relax and his staff felt like family. Definitely 5 starts from me.

My family has been going to Dr. Wood for almost 13 years now and we have never had a complaint. The staff is so friendly, like a family. The ladies at the front are so sweet and they remember who you are, genuinely. Dr. Wood has a great sense of humor but also he is very good at his profession. You can't go wrong with this dental office.

Dr. Wood has been our family dentist for years now. His entire staff is so friendly that they feel like family! I love his hygienists because they go out of their way to get to know you!

Tooth hurt for months after a recieving a filling. Dr wood has no customer services/bedside man or skills.

I have been using Dr. Woods since I was a young adult. I have always found him and his office staff to be friendly, accommodating and concerned. I never have to wait long and trust his judgement. I made an appointment today with one phone call and at a time that worked well for me.

This was my daughters first time going to a dentist that was not just pediatric....it was a great experience for her which she was nervous but Dr Wood was wonderful with her and the staff was so sweet. This is a great place to go.

My first visit to Dr. Woods office last year was great. I scheduled an appointment with him earlier this week to get a referral for an orthopedic surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. I explained that I needed to get in as soon as possible, because my teeth are causing me a lot of pain. They promptly scheduled me for the following Thursday at 2 o'clock. I made arrangements with my work for a 2 o'clock appointment (meaning to leave at 1:30). I needed up leaving at 1:15 in case I needed to fill out paperwork, and made my way over to Dr. Woods office when I received a phone call at 1:20 "reminding" me of my 1:00 appointment... I told them I wrote down 2 o'clock when I made the appointment but was just 10 minutes away, to which one of the receptionist or whomever makes those calls informed me that it was too late... thanks so much. Not only was I told the wrong time for my appointment, but they allowed 20 minutes to pass before calling me to inform me that I was now too late to make it. She made no attempt to reschedule, basically just said "tough luck". So I told her I won't be coming to their office any longer and she replied "okay" and hung up. Let's be honest, odds are I would've been waiting there another 10 minutes after I arrived... I'm very disappointed with how the receptionist handled herself and that no one bothered to confirm the appointment. I understand mistakes are made, but the necessary efforts for Dr. woods staff to ensure his patients needs are being met were extremely below standard today.
