This place is usually horrible, BUT... they have a good dentist now (Dr. Miller) and the staff is fantastic, much improvement over the past 20 years or so, they've had some really horrible dentists!

First time I've ever had a tooth pulled with zero pain relief afterwards in my life {I'm 43}. The whole experience has been like something out of a nightmare. I was in pain when I went in, and even more pain now. The staff are awesome.

I had a good experience with dentist Jackson Petty. I had broke a tooth and they got me in next morning. They fixed tooth and I was in and out in an hour. They took 2 X-rays and fixed tooth. It cost $405 I thought that a bit expensive that's why only 4 stars.

The scheduling is awful when u go in for a tooth ache they won't fix it they schedule u 6months to a year out its ridiculous.

This place is joke, if I could give negative starts for it I would! I went from having to get a filler to having a big infection and having to get a root canal because this people don't know how to schedule properly and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks after been seen needing to get a filler for a broken molar knowing if left too many days unattended it would get infected and then needing a bigger procedure, and then calling me to cancel that appointment! Like I said this place is a joke! Thank god I found Alamosa family dental they saw me right away.

This place is joke, if I could give negative starts for it I would! I went from having to get a filler to having a big infection and having to get a root canal because this people don't know how to schedule properly and gave me an appointment for 3 weeks after been seen needing to get a filler for a broken molar knowing if left too many days unattended it would get infected and then needing a bigger procedure, and then calling me to cancel that appointment! Dr. Woo basically wasted my time. I went in and told her I couldn't eat or sleep because the pain was so bad. She looked briefly and said my wisdom teeth were pushing on the nerves and side of my mouth and that is was all very swollen and I'd need all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. I told her Tylenol wasn't helping with the pain anymore. Yet all she did is say I'd have to wait about a month to get then pulled and sent me on my way. Did nothing at all for the pain or gave me any indication when I could get help

I went to the Emergency clinic with a painful wisdom tooth overdue for extraction - it took no time at all for me to be seen and the tooth to be extracted. My ONLY complaint is/was that my informing the dentist of my tolerance to local aesthetics was initially ignored.

Why can't you give zero stars? Dr Robben is the worst dentist, by far, that I have been to. She had a very difficult time with even the simple things such as making the necessary impression. She had to call me back in to try the third and forth times, and still it wasn't good. When she cemented the crowns in, she had to grind for nearly an hour to get them to fit. By then, they were nearly ground through and are completely flat on the tops. I've been very sensitive to heat and cold in those teeth ever since. She was,also, clumsy enough to chip my front-teeth appliance, but when confronted the next day she denied it, saying that I did it... evidently over night. I'd avoid the whole clinic as it seems that Robben is typical of the service providers there and demonstrates what goes on routinely.

They did xray of mouth told me I rather have to get tooth poled or root canal they set me up for root canal a month and a half later it got infected agen and now I got to get it poled cuz they didn't turn papers in on time so my medicade wouldn't approve it it was either have it poled or wait another month

Charged me $900 to put permanant tooth in my front row teeth. did not fix cavity where they put tooth in. lasted one week now I have no tooth in the front of my mouth no smilling for me. And now they will not except that they messed up and want $1800 more dollars to fix.. Never going here again.

Too many patients for one dentist. Went in with tooth pain and broken tooth was filled rather than extracted or given a root canal, been in even more pain ever since.

It took a year and a half, of the WORSE care I have EVER received, to get my teeth fixed. Forgotten by the "patient navigator" who gave me continuous "misinformation", who cancelled and rescheduled appointments so many times I didn't know if I was coming or going. AND to top the hell I went through off; I got thrown under the bus for finally complaining over a year into this mess. Oh, and the incompetence was denied by the incompetent, and wasn't addressed by administration. Instead, I was treated like a hardened criminal. I'm hoping that who ever regulates this place shuts the snake oil salesmen down. I couldn't be more disgusted!
