Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Dr Singh and Dayana were wonderful with my new crown procedure. And last week Setareh did an excellent job with my cleaning. It's always a pleasure coming to Alamo Smiles and I also appreciate Marisa at the front desk. All the staff is friendly and professional.

I have been a patient at Alamo Smiles for a few months. I love them! I have had bad experiences with previous dentists and have a fear of them. A co-worker told me about Alamo Smiles, and I am so happy he did. Although the office is 35 minutes away, it is worth the trip. Here are some highlights: The front office is friendly, professional, and organized. Their prices are reasonable and they offer good payment plans. They partner with me. They explain why treatment is needed and give options. They explain the positive and negative of each option. The dentists, specialists, hygienists, assistants, etc. are excellent communicators. They tell me what they are about to do before they do it, and explain why.

Stay away from from Alamo Smiles and Pleasant Hill Smiles - same group, same poor dentists and services. Would be better paying out of pocket than going there. Frequent turnover, low pay so can not attract even decent talent. This "strip mall chain dentist" should NOT be in business. What other one star ratings have shared is 100% my experience as well.

Where do I begin?! From the first call starting with Marisa and then Ashley, it was a breeze to schedule my appointment. I never knew about my periodontal disease until I saw Dr Singh. Klaudia the manager was able to maximize my insurance and gave me a discount to make sure it was affordable for me! I have had a fear at the dentist office and I felt different here at Alamo smiles. I was able to see the importance of my dental health while still getting what I wanted done!!!

Friendly professional staff! Hygienists and dentist are gentle and will never try to upsell anything you don't need.

Professional throughout. Front desk darned efficient. The echeck-in worked. Rayna was very gentle with the X-rays, respecting my gag reflex. Dr Singh did an inspection, and simply referenced one very old crown that he'd keep an eye on. I liked his style. Fatima was next up for an excellent cleaning. And there was only a soft upsell for the fluoride and laser treatment which I passed on this time. Fatima actually reinforced a couple of tips which may inspire me to finally floss correctly. Very good experience all 3 years since I switched to this practice because it took my Kaiser insurance and is just a few minutes from my home. Very pleased.

I am a grown adult woman, yet the dentist is still my most dreaded place! I left my previous dentist because they could not understand how distressing it is for me to be there and did not make me feel comfortable.Dr Singh and crystal did just that when I came in for an emergency appointment as I broke my crown. The office manager was sweet as well and offered me different options. Totally recommend this place! Thank you for your professionalism and going above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of your clients. Truly makes a difference! Kindly, Kaltoum

Klaudia helped me through the entire process! She was so gracious and kind, and made me feel like an individual, not a number. Dr. Singh was awesome and all of his assistants were so helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough, even if I tried. COME HERE!!

Overheard them talking very badly about patients complaining excessively. Irritated staff who are unwelcoming, judging, etc. Didn't even try to hide the rude remarks, completely unprofessional. Yelling in lobby.

Do not go to Dr. Singh. This man should not be practicing. I went in with no pain, and he recommended to change 2 of my fillings with crowns. Both crowns have caused me immense pain for weeks. When I had asked him if it was necessary to get crowns on these instead of fillings, he had said for one of them, yes, and the other, it was his "expert opinion" to do so. Unfortunately, he did an awful job on both crowns. I had to get a root canal on one of them, and I asked the specialist why I was having so much pain. He showed me an x-ray of the excess cement lying directly on my nerve, and that was causing me pain. It has cost me $3K with all of this work, and I've maxed out my insurance. I asked for a refund from Dr. Singh, and he refused to take responsibility. My other crown has since been giving me a ton of pain as well. I tried flossing it 3 weeks after the crown, which I should be able to do. The hygienist was having issues the day I received the crown, but reassured me that I'll be able to do so soon after. When I did it 3 weeks after, the crown seemed to loosen up because my floss was getting stuck, and I've had so much throbbing pain since then. I can't chew anything even as soft as some cooked vegetables without shooting pain. I've had awful pain for a month and cannot chew on one side of my mouth. I take painkillers every day to get the pain to go away. I'll likely need a root canal or worse on the other crown, which I'll have to pay out of pocket Dr. Singh did an awful job,. To add to all of this, the day he put the crowns in, I was stuck in the office for 5 HOURS. He had to numb me with 4 injections TWICE because it was taking him so long to do. He also had me hold the suction tool when he was doing my cleaning. Finally, the day I received my crowns, I was not given any instruction on what to expect or how to manage any pain that may arise until I asked myself at the very end. I had initially overlooked all of this thinking I would be fine, but apparently those were signs of a terrible dentist since I've had immense pain with my crown that I'm still dealing with a month later. There's a reason why this office has terrible reviews. Do NOT go here. He should not be allowed to operate on people's teeth.

Expensive and unprofessional. Dr. Singh is the worst dentist ever.
