Our mission is to provide every patient the opportunity to gain and maintain oral health throughout their life so they may eat, speak and smile with confidence. For some, this means helping them to hold on to their existing teeth as long as possible. For others, this could mean a complete replacement with denture services in TX for missing or hopeless teeth. We will focus on prevention and early detection of conditions that threaten oral health using our preventative dentistry services in San Antonio. This process begins in early childhood, with child dentistry services at Alamo Ranch Dental, and continues throughout the patients life. We will do everything possible to help our patients achieve their oral health goals.
Toward this goal, we have equipped our office and our staff with the best tools and technologies available so that we may provide the highest quality of care as we guide our patients along the path to oral health. We will continue to enhance our capabilities as new technologies and techniques become available. Patients will always be provided as many viable treatment alternatives as possible so that they may make an informed and confident decision about which treatment is best for them.
Dr. Gerald Trace Favre III hails from Long Beach, Mississippi, a small town on thegulf coast. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rougeand was awarded a University Medal for maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout his undergraduate training. Upon graduation, Dr. Favre enrolled in dental school at LSU in New Orleans where he graduated with honors and received the Student Leadership Award and the American Academy of Maxillofacial Pathology Award. During his time at LSU School of Dentistry, Dr. Favre was active in the Student Government Association and served as class president, student body vice-president and student body president. After completion of dental school, he movedto Birmingham, AL and attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistryresidency sponsored by New York University at the Foundry Dental Center.
Dr. Trace Favre and his wife, Hayley,recently moved to San Antonio and are thrilled to be here. Dr. Favre looksforward to providing excellent dental care to the patientsat Alamo Ranch Dental with a gentle touch. He has extensive training inDental Implantology, oral surgeryand iscertified inModerate IV sedation through his residency. Dr. Favre is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, San Antonio District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Favre enjoys watching football, cooking, woodworking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Favre and his wife also enjoy home improvement, and are currently working on their third house flip. Dr. Favre and his wife have a 1 year old puppy named CJ.
Dr. Brandon James Villarreal was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended the Health and Science Academy at Foy H. Moody High School. He then attended Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Villarreal received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry (formerly Baylor College of Dentistry) in 2020. He loved working at the A&M clinic providing a wide range of treatments for his patients, from dentures to endodontic care and surgical extractions. Dr. Villarreal prioritizes comfort and care when treating his patients, creating a warm, friendly environment. Dr. Villarreal loves helping people and it shows in his gentle nature. Dr. Villarreal continues to spend time furthering his dental knowledge through continuing education. He began working for Alamo Ranch Dental in the Fall of 2020. Dr. Villarreal is a member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Villarreal has been married to his wife since 2016. Dr. Villarreal and his wife have three small dogs named Ivory, Chubby, and Lilly. Dr. Villarreal enjoys the outdoors, playing sports and games, watching movies, reading comics, and spending time with his friends and family.

We recently moved to the neighborhood and I needed a dentist. Today was my first time as a patient at Alamo Ranch Dental. I was nervous because I had not seen a dentist in about 2 years. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the xray techs and made me feel very comfortable. My hygienist Christina is amaing all day long. She took her time and explained everthing she was doing. Dr. V took his time talking with me and I didnt feel my appointment was rushed. Here you dont have to be nervous or scared. I highly recommend Alamo Ranch Dental.

Today I was at the clinic for completion of three crown bridge. I was especially impressed with Dr Villarreal's dental assistant who removed the temporary bridge with very little discomfort. Her manner and friendly approach made me very comfortable. Dr Villarreal ensured the new bridge fit perfectly, and he answered all my questions.

This is the place to go! With massage chairs, excellent staff and Doctors! Everyone is sweet, nice and has great personalities. They all work together better than any office I have ever been to. They know their stuff and never over charge. I will be making this my new Dental Office going forward.

Not happy I did implants I don't recommend anyone to go there for teeth implants other services yes there not ready for implants and there provider who makes implants the implants broke in half and I went for them to repair they take a x ray and sent me home with broken implants an they make excuses after excuses. Implants are to take 3 mounth and it has been 6 months am still wait for the dentist office to complete

I have an extreme phobia of the dentist. Alamo Ranch Dental Is the place to go to get over any phobia. Doctor Villarreal and his hygienist Sonia are extremely patient, kind and caring. I had a huge procedure done today and throughout the whole procedure Doctor Villarreal and his amazing assistant Sonia took very good care of me. The front desk Gina, Myra and Erica are super awesome and all have the best interest in heart. Thank you all again!

Great place but room for improvement. Was better few years ago. If staff is running behind schedule, at least inform waiting patients. Waiting around on your day off with a schedule appointment time is upsetting.
