From the staff to my Dr everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Went in there for consultation and was so bad I had surgery. That is the only place I will go and will recommend for oral procedures.

I was very scare after my accident, in California. Upon returning in Texas I didn't know who could have taken care my injury and do the future plastic surgery. I went to the 1st plastic surgeon, that I was recommended. They remove all external stitches from my face. A week later my lips look like a frog. The nurse from previous visits, apologized that she couldn't remove the internal stitches. Instead of consulting with the Dr. I was brushed off. After I drove for almost two hours. This is why I realized this place wasn't for me. Finally I went to my dentist Dr Gregory Frei. He totally went out his way. And called his friend, an Oral Surgeon Dr James Rominger. Thank you, I was treated like family. Right away he did what needed to be done. I am going back Thursday to meet my new plastic surgeons. Yay. Now maybe I can go to my daughter wedding looking normal, and not like a frog lips. Dorina Hobbs. PS: Met with Dr Andrew Hanna, few days ago. After two and half month from my accident and still in pain, Dr Hanna injected several shots of medication, I don't known how well is working but my headaches is gone. I will visit with him mid May, and hopefully surgery soon after. Am confident that I will look and feel much better then now. Today I had another visit with Dr Andrew Hanna. I was scared and very stressed out about the outcome of my surgery. But Dr Hanna spoke to me about another surgeon joining the clinic, and suggested that I would meet the new surgeon, which I was told that he is very knowledgeable of injuries similar to mine. Now I am more relaxed and stress free since the accident. I will know more on my next appointment. Dorina Hobbs. I would give this clinic a 10 for their service and kindness. Today is 9 September, had another visit with my surgeons. Once again they made feel comfortable and at ease about my up coming surgery, I give a 10 to my surgeons and the staff. 10/16/22 On 10/13 I had my second surgery. Today 10/16 am feeling fine, I have some discomfort. Thursday I have my follow up appointment, I imagine to remove the tape and possibly remove the stitches. So I will know more than. Plus am sure there's still some work to be done. But overall, so far am very please, with all the care that I received.

Thank you for helping my husband's extraction on all 4 of his wisdom teeth. Your office was very professional and Samantha was very knowledgeable in Spanish and helped assure me everything was going well for my husband during an extremely hard time for us because of the loss of my mother the same day of his surgery. Thank you all for your understanding.

On the day of my visit, clinic asked me to pay $600 without presenting detailed charge list for my visit. So, I requested them to show me how the clinic charged me this amount and they said that they will send me an email after one day. It's been three days and no one from clinic sent an email. Clinic just came up with this number. Please be careful with these guys.
