Many patients come to us with concerns about how to pay for their dental implant procedure. We've compiled all our best information about how you can afford dental implants in our Paying For Dental Implants article. Complete the form to get your FREE copy!

A: According to the American Dental Association, brushing your teeth two times a day, and flossing at least once, will greatly decrease your chances of gum disease. With a soft bristle toothbrush, brush your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gums in small, circular motions. Use 12-16 inches of dental floss in a curved C motion around each tooth, and under its gum line.

A: Poor oral hygiene, genetics, smoking or chewing tobacco, systemic diseases, a variety of medications, pregnancy, oral contraceptives, puberty, and certain tooth or appliance conditions are all factors. Because early stages of periodontal disease can go unnoticed, it is imperative to attend your regular dental check-ups.

A: At our practice, it is important to review your medical history. Knowing your current medical condition can give us insight as to what your overall health is like. We also do an examination of your diagnostic x-rays, oral cancer screenings, gum disease evaluations, examinations of tooth decay, examinations of existing restorations, removal of tartar, removal of plaque, teeth polishing, oral hygiene recommendations and a dietary habits review.

As a family dentist in San Antonio, TX, we understand that everyone comes from different financial backgrounds. Medical bills can be expensive, and we know that it may not appear easy to understand, or afford. For these reasons, and in order to best serve our community, we offer a variety of affordable payment options for you to choose from. As your trusted dentist in San Antonio, TX, we want to assure you that choosing a payment plan that is best for you is possibleand we are here to help you!

For payment, we accept cash, personal checks and money orders. Additionally, we accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. And because we understand that not everyone has the funds necessary to make a payment out-of-pocket, we also accept CareCredit, and most dental insurance programs including PPO, indemnity (traditional), and Tricare Programs.

It is important to us that you get the dental care you need and deserve. Please contact us if you have questions about paying for your treatment and we'll be happy to discuss your financing options with you.

Dental professionals who offer PPO plans agree to charge at a lower rate. Because they only cover up to a certain amount, you will be aware of the total expected costs beforehand. PPO plans also help keep out-of-pocket costs to a minimum.

Our practice is not part of a managed care network, and we would like to remind you that your specific policy is a strict agreement between you and your insurance company. Please also note that if your insurance benefits result in less coverage than originally anticipated, it is the patients obligation to fulfill the entirety of the costs.

I usually get Jocelyn for my cleaning and she is very friendly, attentive, and professional. Today the hygienist that dogs my work seemed very rushed, I found myself wiping the excess water of my face and neck over and over. I didn't feel like I received a good cleaning as she just brushed over my teeth as if she had somewhere she needed to be. Hopefully this was just an odd day bc I really like this dentist and the ladies at the front desk are always friendly, polite, and they make you feel welcomed.

Great experience. So happy to find a "1-Stop-Shop" for ALL our family's dental services. The staff and dentist were very thorough. Dr. Reyes and Dr. Asadi are very friendly, knowledgeable, and their office has state of the art equipment making the dental x-rays so much easier. The hygienist was absolutely amazing and the treatment and billing specialist impressed me with the computerized assessment of my insurance benefits and provided me the costs for my future services. Nicely done everyone.
