Dr. Jason Nelson grew up in the mountains of Roosevelt, UT. He attended Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo and graduated with a degree in Japanese. He continued his dental education at The Ohio State University. Since then, Dr. Nelson has been practicing dentistry in Arizona for more than 10 years. He continues to focus on his education and professional training to provide his patients the best in dental care, including an emphasis on continuing education in cosmetic and surgical dentistry. Dr. Nelson is the proud father of five beautiful children, and has been married to Sarah, the love of his life since 2006. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and riding horses.
An active member in both his church and various non-profit organizations, Dr. Nelson is always involved in community service in some capacity and feels that giving back is very important to having balance in his life.
Dr. Giatras is passionate about fostering relationships with his patients and not treating them like a number. It is because of this belief that he is dedicated to ensuring his patients not only feel comfortable and cared for but special, too. Dr. Giatras enjoys nothing more than bringing a happy smile back to the face of a patient who was in pain or one who was previously self-conscious about their smile. Graduating from Midwestern University with his degree in dentistry wasnt enough for this lifetime learner and thus, he has recently enrolled in Western Governors University to complete his MBA in Healthcare Management. Dr. Giatras loves learning about self-improvement, the world around him, and continuing his education in dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Giatras can be found spending time with his wife and four children, often engaging in outdoor activities. They also enjoy playing with their Golden Retriever, Kallea, and two rescue cats names Mando and Izzy. The beach/ocean is his happy place, and he just might be planning his next trip there around his school schedule!

Consuelo is an Arizona native. She loves using her 15 years of dental insurance and administrative experience to make your visit flow smoothly, and she has been a part of our Alameda family for almost 8 years. Making a patient smile and laugh even though they're at the dentist is the highlight of her day. She's been happily married for 17 years and enjoys playing video games, attending comic conventions, and obsessing over TV shows and comic book movies.
Rachel was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and is so excited to be a part of the Alameda Dental team! Rachel studied nutritional sciences at the U of A before going to Carrington College for her associates of science degree in dental hygiene. Rachel loves hiking, breakfast food, and her Golden Retriever, Brandi!
Jemma moved here from the Philippines when she was 12 years old with her mother and younger siblings. Due to the poor dental health in the Philippines, Jemma was inspired to go into the dental field. After high school, she received her dental assisting certificate. This was just a stepping stone to her final goal which was to be a dental hygienist. Jemma has been working as a dental hygienist for the last 9 years, her biggest reward comes from educating her patients and helping them see that a healthy mouth leads to healthy body. Jemma is a proud parent to a daughter and son. When she is not with her kids or at work she is outside. Her outdoor passions include hiking, biking, kayaking, trail running, camping, and fishing. She also enjoys music and attending live concerts.
Marion was born and raised in Flagstaff Arizona and attended NAU where she pursued her bachelors in Dental Hygiene. Marion absolutely loves what she does and loves talking with her patients. When shes not working she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her 3 year old nephew.
Chelsea is originally from the state of Washington. During high school she did a dental assisting tech program. After high school she went to college in Idaho where she met her husband of 5 years. She loves Arizona and being outside. Often you can find her hiking, running, or enjoying the lake. When not outside, she likes sewing, crafting, or helping with her nieces and nephews - 34 and counting!
Lisa grew up in Chandler, AZ. She tried her hand at Texas-living for a few years in Dallas but ultimately Arizona called her home. She has been a dental assistant for 8 years. You may remember her husband, Victor, as a previous member of our front office team! (He works with us behind the scenes on insurance now.) Lisa enjoys cooking and spending time with her children.
