Everyone at Alameda is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I'm happy to have found an office that has a lot to offer. I have learned a lot from the information the hygienists and Dentist give me at my visits. I HIGHLY recommend Alameda Dental group. Thank you for all that you guys do.

I'm a new patient at Alameda Dental, and I could write a story about all that they deed for us, but it will take me to long so let me say this much, is the best we have ever in counter. I found that they more and more than understanding. We're willing to laugh and joke with me even though I hadn't been to a dentist for longer than it should have been. My only problem was it felt like really long when you're in the back room!

I went to this dentist in November for a much needed check up and cleaning.. when I got there they took me back looked at my teeth they told me I was cavity free took X-rays and gave me Info on wisdom teeth removal like I asked, they then told me that my appointment was not set for a cleaning and that my insurance did not cover cleaning (what insurance doesn't cover cleanings ?) my insurance does in fact cover 2 cleanings a year.. that was red flag one then I scheduled a wisdom teeth removal appointment, I was aware that I had to pay a portion however I was under the impression I was able to make a payment plan no one ever told me I had to pay the entire balance of half up front.. not at any point did anyone tell me that not when I scheduled the appointment not when they called me for the reminder not when I rescheduled not when they called for the reminder again they told me when I got to the appointment and then when I said I wasn't able to pay that upfront they told me I had to cancel and then had the nerve to charge me a 100$ cancellation fee.. I since have found a new dentist and you wouldn't believe I have 2 cavities (one in which I asked them about and the assured me was not a cavity) this place has been unprofessional with me at least and I'm very disappointed!

So I broke a molar, it was ready to be fixed anyway. Dr Rice (super informative!) looked at a lesser cost option to fix it, then Janelle (she is the Bombdiggety of Bombdiggeties!!) priced it, #11552 (Yolanda!!) set it and now I am ready to chew again!!! Love the new place, Love the smiles!!!

Truly this dentist office knows how to put a smile on their patients face. The women Patricia and Amanda have such great customer service. They help begin the process of seeing a dentist, by introducing there cheerful disposition as clerks. Not only that but the whole staff is amazing! Dr. Rice sure knows how to Pick his colleagues, they all are very hard-working staff. And the periodontist there is Just Grateful and amazing and what she does. The way that they handle your most important part of your face which is your mouth is in fact like they will treat their own Mouths , And that's with care and consideration. I would recommend his dentist office, I correct this family of professionals to any and everyone looking for the best dental experience ever! Thanks to all the staff that make this possible at Alameda Crossing dental group.

I've been a patient for over a year. Staff is professional . I want to give an extra shout out to Mrs.Janelle @ the front desk. Every time she's there she shows patience, courtesy, professional & welcoming service. Which means a lot, especially to those that don't favor dentist . I came across them just from searching & by chance since I'm new to AZ. Want them to know I'll be a patient for as long as I stay in AZ . Thank you, Alameda Crossing Dental (off Dysart in Avondale)...ta~ta

Great experience, very kind staff! Amanda was especially helpful, and Dr. Rice takes the time to listen and work with you regarding your dental needs, as well as easy to talk to! I don't usually like going to doctors appointments but they make me feel welcome every time I go in!!

They do not care about the patients. They change policies on a whim. Cancel appointments frequently. They make you sign a contract for orthodontics but fail to follow through on their end. They have also been rude. I will never go back.
