Dr. Dornblazer grew up in Charlotte, NC. She received her undergraduate education at UNC-Greensboro and completed her dental school training at The University of Kentucky. She went on to complete her residency at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. This residency program was awarded the first perfect score by the American Dental Association accreditation committee the year of her residency.
Crystal graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BS in Business Administration. She went on to receive a degree in dental assisting from GTCC. She has extensive experience in dental, front office management.
Denise grew up in Burlington. She received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from UNC. As a hygienist for over 30 years, she enjoys building lifelong relationships with her patients, and likes helping people obtain optimal oral health to achieve their best smile.
Denise is married and has two sons both of whom attended NC State. Go Wolfpack! She also has two daughter-in-laws and two adorable granddaughters. Outside of the office, Denise enjoys traveling, shopping antique shows for treasures, and spending time with her family. She loves snow and anything to do with winter. She keeps one lone snowflake hanging from her operatory ceiling in hopes of snow...even in July.
Kristi grew up in Burlington and loves being a dental hygiene clinician and educator. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Guilford Technical Community College before joining our team in 2014. She currently lives in Gibsonville with her husband and two dogs, Oreo and Bubba. She enjoys spending time with family and taking trips to the lake. She is expecting her first child, a little girl in June 2019 and is very excited!
Lindsey is from Myrtle Beach, SC. She received her associate degree in dental hygiene from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2002. She recently moved to North Carolina and resides in Asheboro with her longtime boyfriend who owns his own business. Lindsey loves being a hygienist. She especially enjoys the long term relationships built with each of her patients.
Kayla grew up and still resides in Snow Camp, NC with her husband and three children. She brings with her many years of dental knowledge which allows her to give our patients the most professional and personalized care. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors.
