Dr. Dornblazer grew up in Charlotte, NC. She received her undergraduate education at UNC-Greensboro and completed her dental school training at The University of Kentucky. She went on to complete her residency at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. This residency program was awarded the first perfect score by the American Dental Association accreditation committee the year of her residency.
Crystal graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BS in Business Administration. She went on to receive a degree in dental assisting from GTCC. She has extensive experience in dental, front office management.
Denise grew up in Burlington. She received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from UNC. As a hygienist for over 30 years, she enjoys building lifelong relationships with her patients, and likes helping people obtain optimal oral health to achieve their best smile.
Denise is married and has two sons both of whom attended NC State. Go Wolfpack! She also has two daughter-in-laws and two adorable granddaughters. Outside of the office, Denise enjoys traveling, shopping antique shows for treasures, and spending time with her family. She loves snow and anything to do with winter. She keeps one lone snowflake hanging from her operatory ceiling in hopes of snow...even in July.
Kristi grew up in Burlington and loves being a dental hygiene clinician and educator. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Guilford Technical Community College before joining our team in 2014. She currently lives in Gibsonville with her husband and two dogs, Oreo and Bubba. She enjoys spending time with family and taking trips to the lake. She is expecting her first child, a little girl in June 2019 and is very excited!
Lindsey is from Myrtle Beach, SC. She received her associate degree in dental hygiene from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2002. She recently moved to North Carolina and resides in Asheboro with her longtime boyfriend who owns his own business. Lindsey loves being a hygienist. She especially enjoys the long term relationships built with each of her patients.
Kayla grew up and still resides in Snow Camp, NC with her husband and three children. She brings with her many years of dental knowledge which allows her to give our patients the most professional and personalized care. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors.

I am in Burlington area for a year for work and had a tooth ache. Called and got in that afternoon for a consult and to hopefully have it fixed. I am petrified of goign to the dentist, but not once I arrived here. It was the most welcoming comfortable feeling immediately. The front desk staff is by far the best I have ever encountered in a dentist or doctors office. I am from Michigan, the southern draw with the warm friendly introduction made me feel right at home. Dr. D as they call her took care of my issue fast even though she was busy, she managed to get it done and I couldn't be happier with her professionalism and sweet bedside demeanor. She said I would probably be sore for a few days, but I had ZERO pain! (except the injection site that is always sore). I would fly back from Michigan to use this office if I could . I read many reviews on other offices in the area and I am so glad I chose Alamance Family Dentistry! The prices were reasonable for an emergency visit. If you are looking for a new dentist in the Burlington area look no further than here.

Fantastic dentists and staff! I am always blown away by how kind and patient EVERYONE on staff is. They take time to understand your issues and treat you like a person, not a number. They were able to see me in an emergency and get me the treatment I needed. They take their time with me during a regular checkup, it doesn't feel like they are rushing me out just to get the next patient in. These folks are THE BEST!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I was not used to after my experiences with 2 other dental offices. That made me feel really good to know that I was a pleasure to have as a patient. Dr. Dornblazer was a really cool lady and extremely knowledgeable about my jaw and facial pain concerning my trigeminal neuralgia. I highly recommend her especially if you have concerns about TMJ and facial pain. She really listens and cares. Bedside manner like that is far and few in between. Dental practices need to take notes from Alamance Family Dentistry on how to treat patients properly. I am so glad I came here!

Relocating to Burlington, I needed a new dentist, and after a lot of research chose Alamance Family Dentistry. I cannot be more pleased with that choice and, although I've only had one visit so far, would recommend them without hesitation. The office is bright, cheery, and spotlessly clean. Everyone in the office was friendly, polite, and professional. I was seen on time (a bit early, actually!) and the hygienist explained everything she was doing in advance. My check-up was very, very thorough, and the equipment on hand seems very up-to-date and impressive. The dentist is warm and down to earth, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It can be hard to find a new dentist, but I'm delighted with my new dentist at Alamance Family Dentistry, and look forward to smiling back at them for years to come!

The staff at Alamance Family Dentistry is always very welcoming g and pleasant. They go above and beyond to make your experience as positive as possible (especially for children). My youngest child has some dental anxiety, but they are always able to help him work through this and when they can't they have referred us to other agencies that are exceptional as well.
