Lauri M. Williams, DMD, PC Dedicated to helping children achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles, Dr. Lauri Williams has been practicing since 2002. Dr. Williams earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University before attending dental school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

After obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, she completed a general practice residency at UAB Hospital and additional training in pedodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Dentistry and Childrens of Alabama. She completed training to treat special needs patients at the Sparks Center for developmental learning disorders. She has been involved in several working mission trips to provide dental care.

Dr. Williams maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to be up to date with the latest techniques and technological advancements made in pediatric dentistry. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, the Birmingham District Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Birmingham Pediatric Dental Society.

Christy Office Manager Christy joined our practice in 2018 but has 20 years of experience in the dental field. And although shes worked in many areas, such as Iraq and Dubai, she feels she is finally where shes meant to be. Every day she communicates effectively, encourages and motivates our team, so we have a happy, helpful team. Christy has 2 children, enjoys vacationing anywhere there is a beach and loves grilling at home with her family.

Stephanie Hygienist Since 2014, Stephanie has been at our practice and she has been a hygienist for 20 years! She went to University of Alabama at Birmingham and loves working with the children at our practice. Stephanie also likes traveling, cake decorating and gardening. She most enjoys vacations at St. John, United States Virgin Islands and her favorite restaurants are Grimaldis Pizza in Brooklyn, NYC and Bertolone Italian Caf.

Teresa Financial Coordinator Teresa has been a part of our team for over 20 years and graduated from McAdory High School in 1977. She most enjoys meeting new families and listening to the childrens stories, and she gladly helps assist parents in financial planning. Teresa enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughters and grandchildren. In her spare time, she likes camping with friends, family and cheering on Crimson Tide football!

Toni Hygienist Toni has been with us since August 28, 1984! She loves seeing the next generation come in and tries to listen and keep patients smiling. Toni can dance in all different styles from ballet to West coast swing. She has two children, a son-in-law and a grandson whom she adores. She also enjoys visiting St. Martin, Anguilla, and the beach, and her favorite restaurant to visit is Highlands Grill.

Kelly Dental Hygienist Kelly has been with our team at Alabaster Pediatric Dentistry for more than 20 years! She is also our dental education coordinator. Kelly and her husband, Eric, have three children. Outside of our office, she loves going to the mountain and beach, along with watching her childs activities. She also enjoys cheering on the Auburn Tigers!

Kristi Dental Hygienist Kristi has been part of our team for 25 years. In 1996 she completed the UAB dental hygiene program and completes at least 12 hours of continuing education courses each year for dental hygiene, infection control and CPR in order to continue providing her patients with quality care. She enjoys working with her patients to teach them the care they need to use at home. Kristi has been married for 23 years and has two children. She enjoys going to the beach, traveling, spending time with her family, Mexican food and watching her children play sports.

Clarissa Dental Assistant Clarissa joined our team in 2018. She is bilingual and frequently helps with our Hispanic patients and their parents. Clarissa is married to her high school sweetheart, and enjoys vacationing in Destin, Florida. Her favorite place to eat is the Cheesecake Factory.

Jennifer Scheduling Coordinator Jennifer joined Alabaster Pediatric Dentistry in May 2018. She was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and moved to Alabama in 2010. Jennifer has also lived in NYC and Texas. She loves working and interacting with patients in our community, and she works to keep our schedule full so that we can meet our goals and help as many children as possible with their dental health. Jennifer and her husband have been married for five years. He is a Calera firefighter, and together they have two children, one daughter and one son. They are a sports family, and love going anywhere relaxing, such as the beach the lake or a tropical vacation. Jennifer and her family can often be found out on the boat, visiting the beach, attending sporting events and going to church. Jennifer also enjoys reading when she has time.

Dallas Assistant Dallas is a graduate of dental assisting school and works hard to be the best assistant he can. He enjoys helping each child we see reach their most perfect smile. Dallas loves visiting the beach, hunting, fishing and watching Roll Tide football. He also enjoys any food but seafood.
