Your family becomes part of our APDA family so, just like you, we wont settle for anything but the best for them. Our doctors and team become teachers and advocates in your childs oral health care and we work to provide individualized care appropriate to your childs age and maturity level.
Your child's cleanings and x-rays will typically be conducted by one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. Our nationally and state registered and licensed Dental Hygienists are college educated, tested, and prepared to provide the highest quality preventative oral care for your child.Your child deserves a welcoming and comfortable environment that will promote a positive attitude toward dentistry. We believe in building a relationship with your child and using a method where we show your child the instruments we are going to use, explain to them what we will be doing, and then conduct the exam or procedure.

So far my son has only been there 2 times. Had his teeth cleaned and some fillings done. Dr Marc is wonderful! Everyone there seems so great. Every kid going in or coming out had big smiles. And we have not had a wait long at all. They get you in and out on time.

This office definitely doesn't give someone the best first impression. Lack of communication regarding charges. Most likely will not return to this location.

I've been taking my daughter here for almost 2 years now. We are always seen very quickly after check in. The staff are all so kind and patient with my daughter during her appointment. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the dental staff. My sons cap fell off and I was able to get him in and out the same week. The staff makes the patients feel so comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful job.

Our visit with APDA was fantastic today. This is our third visit overall. All of the staff and Dr. Lackey were so patient with my kiddos. They do their best to make it such a fun experience. We were treated with compassion and kindness from the moment we got to the front desk, all the way until we reached check out. I also love that paper work can be taken care of beforehand online because filling out any type of paper work with small children around can be a task! Thank you again, APDA!

We have been going to APDA for years, and every time my kids have gone it has been a pleasant experience. The staff and dentists are amazing with my kids, and I'm so thankful. My kids are actually excited to go. This isn't to say that my kids haven't had any issues, but just that everyone is so great dealing with them, that they have not had any negative impacts from going to the dentist and I'm glad.

My children had a wonderful initial consult with the orthodontists at APDA. Everyone was welcoming and my children felt completely at ease. I would highly recommend this group!

We moved here from out of state and had to find a new dentist. In a search I found APDA and I am so glad I did. They are friendly, fast and do great work. I have two teens, so we have been to both sides dental and ortho and have had great experience with all staff we have encountered. I definitely recommend.

My kids love it here! For the people not the playground (I use to think it was the playground but we haven't been in there in probably a year and a half now and they still love going to the dentist) Dr. Mark is so good with all of my boys, we actually moved away a little over 2 years ago but I continue to make the 2 hour drive from Tuscaloosa when it's time for dentist appointments just because the kids have always had such a great experience here.

The staff members are always friendly and professional! Dr. Butler and Megan are always nice and make my son feel comfortable. He is 5 now and we have been coming since he was 2! We absolutely love it here.

We had our first appointment here today for our three year old and one year old twins. The hygienists and the Dr. were so great. They were super quick yet thorough and made sure to answer questions and offer advice. They let us know that the kids might be a little frazzled (they were) and they were very understanding of 2/3 kids being a little scared. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I am confident that it will be better next time on the kids' parts.

My daughter is on the spectrum and has had HORRIFIC dental experiences with past dentists. A friend told me how this specific office has always been patient and aware of individual needs of children and cared about their comfort and future success in oral care, I was so happy we've been using this office for several years now and won't change until she ages out and can no longer go. Additionally the indoor playground is amazing!

APDA are hands-down the best pediatric dentists in Madison, Alabama. My children have been going to this office for 17 years. We have seen many different dentists, orthodontists, and office staff. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at this location. I totally recommend them. Your children are safe and cared about here.
