This dentist office is exceptional from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. The front desk is caring and compassionate and concerned with your needs. They are thorough in helping and not trying to rush to get you in and out. The doctors, staff, techs, and everybody I met were very friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to help. They put me at ease during a stressful emergency visit. They gave me a plan to fix my emergency and other issues that I was hesitant to take care of before.

Haven't been to the dentist in years and my first experience back was phenomenal! My hygienist was very nice, professional, and attentive to details! She is very knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind explaining the small details of every step. That meant a lot to me. But, only after I was greeted by an awesome office staff. From start to finish it was a great experience!!! I'll be back again and have already recommended them to my family and friends.

The Staff @ Gardendale Family Dentistry are very sweet & friendly people, They welcome you right when ya first walk in... ...like today 12/3/2019 , Dr. Flanagan came in told me about the work that needed done on my teeth. Later the Nurse Stephanie helped with answering some questions I had about it , after I pondered about what the doctor told me. the tv they have in every room is great & they let ya watch any show you like. #CollegeFootball4Me Lol Anyway great people highly recommend them for all your dental needs, they treat you like a member of the family which is awesome

I was impressed with the staff. They were very knowledgeable and did not try to talk me into procedures that I didn't necessarily need. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.

I had a tooth break and had to see another Dr. at my dentist's office... I was totally surprised when this "YOUNG" man came in....He was new to me.....Dr. Church and his assistant, Kathryn, They were so nice and I was completely satisfied with the service I received. My regular dentist is out of the office a lot so I am so glad to know and feel comfortable with a new doctor.in that office My dentist office has the friendliest staff and eager to help and please patients. I am totally satisfied with all of them.
