Bad dentist the office looks unprofessional the asistance dont understands english if you have any questions they always say ask the doctor when the doctor all he does is be quick with his work and seems bothered when you ask him questions! If you need teethe work i dont recommend this office

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The best dental care I have experienced! Professional, Courteous and friendly staff made me feel like family. Dr Rizvi himself was very professional examining and providing solutions by PRIORITY. I needed a rootcanal and Dr Rizvi did a FANTASTIC job. I felt that I was in good hands. He explained very well what was going on during entire treatment. Thanks Dr Rizvi and Staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Doctor himself is very kind & professional but the reason I'm giving 1 star is only & only due to one of his Staff member, Zara. She's such a rude, discourteous, unprofessional, impolite & inconsiderate girl that I can't even express in my words. I'd appointment at 1'o clock. I showed up 15 minutes earlier, so I can give myself enough time to fill out the forms & stuff because I was a new patient & I knew that the paper work would have to be filled & signed. Anyway my insurance card, my id, paper work, signatures, everything was scanned & done 5 minutes earlier. Before sitting, I politely reminded Zara (since I'd already told her on phone while setting up appointment) that please make sure that I'm seen exactly at 1 because I really have to go back to work (Just so you know, I was not pushing her purposely, it's because my office atmosphere is so tight & punctual that they don't even accept a second late & I'd taken only 1 hour off from work) Zara said don't worry, you'll be seen exactly at 1. Long story short, 5 minutes were gone, 10 minutes were gone, 15 minutes were gone. Now It was1:15PM & I was still waiting out there while looking at the walls & guess what, during this time two ladies showed up (I'm 99.9% positive that they didn't have appointment at all) turned out to be the Zara's friend because Zara came out of her cabin, hugged them & started talking loudly & laughing together & took them straight back in. When I asked why am I being waited & why those ladies were sent without appointment. This question made Zara angry. She looked at me arrogantly & replied superciliously that don't you understand what I said? You are next in line. As soon as existing patient comes out, you'll be sent right away & as far as the ladies are concerned, they're the doctor's family. So If you want to wait, you can wait, otherwise you can leave. Anyway I didn't argue with her at all & silently sat back. At 1:20PM I was called & were seen by the doctor. I did not even mention this to the doctor because I did not want him to be distracted from his work. Doctor was so nice that I even decided to not talk about Zara at all in reviews & to just forget about it but the way she talked to me (so egoistically), her ill-mannerism & unprofessionalism forced me to talk about this & made me give the clinic 1 star. Otherwise doctor himself -- definitely 5 Stars -- because He's such a great & humble guy!!

Dr. Abid truly is a dedicated professional who goes the extra mile for his patients. I have unfortunately been to numerous dentists and specialists but Dr. Abid is the one who has fixed all of my previous dentists messes! Thank you

I was thrilled with their services... the receptionist zara was super nice, helpful and very professional with a lot knowledge..I've been going there for almost 3 yrs and they never disappoint. superb staff with great knowledge, super friendly and professional... sidra was really sweet and Dr.rizvi is my dentist and I can't say enough positive things about him. I would highly recommend this dental practice.... our family of 5 will never leave this practice..... they are great people and professionals."The office is always very clean,Not having dental coverage, Dr. Rizvi's honesty is what keeps me coming back. He has never tried to push a procedure I did not need. I love how he has flexible payment plans and really works with those of us who do not have coverage. I highly recommend him!

My mother went there to get her teeth checked out, the doctor himself was very rude and wanted to only make money off of her. He did not listen to my mother and rudely said "I don't have time for you". I would not recommend this dentist to anybody else. Not satisfied at all.

The services that I receive from Doctor is excellent. Great Dental office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. the front office girl her name is ZARA she's incredible, even I switched my appointment 6 to 7 times but she still polite and she talked to me very professional way wonderful experience. I wanted to write a review for about a month or so but I think now its needed.. i would've given higher rating for dr rizvi because he's the best dentist and my family comes here too.My wife and my kids been coming to this office for 3 years now but what made me lose these stars is the lady named Sydraa at front desk.First of all she can Barely speak English secondly she doesn't know what shes talking about, her way of talking is so unprofessional and rude to not only to me but other people who were there as well. If that's her normal way to talk I dont think shes good enough for this job.When shes talking u feel like she ordering u.She's not pleasing at all.. i mean there was other staff too that was very polite and welcoming shes new.I request dr rizvi to please have someone experienced and polite girl at reception.. hes a very good dentist but his reputation might damage in a very bad way if a girl like her is working at the front... I hope he takes this serious and take action on to this.. Thank you!

Had an update with this review: The dental clinic has changed their team and things have been better. I'm updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. (2021) The dentist himself is a educated man who knows what he's doing. His style of work and practice is worth the trip in this neck of the woods, however the staff service is what makes my review lose 1 star. One issue is of verifying benefits from my insurance and not having things prior information. It was a cat and mouse chase which in the following business day was told about the wrong percentage of coverage. I had to the background research and correct the receptionist/staff. Overall, I feel if there were actual medical/dental interns trying to get accredited for hours the mannerism and professionalism would be far much better.

Front desk needs to go an overhaul (zara) is rude & doesn't belong to a front desk job/receptionist position owner needs a call recording feature to figure out who is at fault, insurance is active and was never terminated as your business is kind of family run so you don't care who stays or leaves try digesting some advice my friend,NICE.

The dentist and staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I am impressed with their protocols to keep the patients safe during this unprecedented time. The dentist is amazing with the softest touch. If you have had bad experiences or are generally intimidated by the overall procedure- "This is your dentist". He will definitely put you at ease and the procedure truly painless.
