I would avoid this place. They cancelled my appointment 2 days prior when I booked it over a month in advance. I rescheduled and it was again over a month out. A lady called me to confirm my insurance information and I tried 5 different times calling back, no answer. Show up for my appointment today to be told they as of recently don't take my insurance anymore. Them simply answering their phones could've avoided all of this.

I always have a good experience at the Al-Shifa Dentistry. Olena is great at what she does. She treats me like I'm family and is very kind and personable.

They take Medical Assistance but oooowwww. Did not go back. I've never had a cleaning hurt before nor after at any other dentist so that was shocking. I now know why people avoid the dentist I would too if that had been my only experience.

I don't recommend this dental clinic because they disrespected me today and I have an appointment 10:00am today, but they canceled without reason and they wasted my time

Al Shifa Dentistry is the best dental clinic ever for me and my family. Special thanks to Dr. Latif, Dr.Drew and lovely hygienist. They are amazing. 100% recommend. This is the place to go.

Hands down, the BEST dentist I've been to. Unfortunately moved away. My current dentist was even amazed at the work done at this clinic. The staff is so kind. 100% recommend, very much worth the visit.

They are amazing and are very accommodating. My 7 year old had some bad tooth pain they are very helpful and caring. The woman who took my phone call even came back to check on my son.

I was very disappointed by the extreme unprofessionalism presented by the scheduling staff (as others have noted in reviews below). The office called me to check-in on my insurance coverage for an upcoming appointment. I asked if they had received and reviewed the updated dental insurance I had sent via email, to see if my visit was covered (their job). It became evident the scheduling person had not reviewed this information even though they stated that they had. Instead of following up on my updated coverage (their job), the scheduling person became defensive, canceled my appointment and hold me they would not be able to see me at their office. What a strange way to treat new patients........ Skip this place and go elsewhere......

I have never seen how bad is Alshifa customer service. I had an appointment @8:30 in the morning and it is 9:10 now. I have asked couple times If I was not forgotten and the receptionist was so defensive and said you need to wait or cancel your appointment very straight. I can't believe she's so rude for her customer and not telling what is really going on. Very disappointed at this place. I will never ever recommend to someone after this. I brought my dad who had a tooth pain and can't hold the pain but no attention what so ever. I am hoping I get someone.

The wait is long. I couldn't even check in until after my appointment time, and I arrived early. But the thing that really bothered me was that the filling they did didn't feel right. I could barely get floss in between my teeth, and the floss caught on the filling. I called the dentist 3 times to tell them about this problem, but they only said they'd have someone call me about it later. They never did. In the end, my filling fell out only a month after it was put in. I'm not going back to them to get it fixed. Update: I was able to get in somewhere else fast enough that it didn't turn into a root canal, but it was a very near thing! Don't go to this dentist!

Longer wait. They told you wait in car no one call you bad place to be I am waiting now 45 minutes. The front desk people are very disrespectful people. Today is last day to visit here. Very very very bad place.

Had an appointment for a root canal that was scheduled out 5 weeks. 2 days before the appointment they called me and said I need to go to a specialist. The "Dr" had finally looked at what tooth it was and decided he didn't specialize in that one. Literally the worse experience trying to even get them to run my insurance. If you have anything other than state insurance go somewhere else.

Just got my cleaning and exam and it was wonderful. Nice staff, they care about their patients and explain all the procedures. Thank you to all the staff

Waited an hour and a half for our scheduled appointment just for a dentist to FORCE my then crying 2.5 year old on his lap(with no warning whatsoever) saying "don't worry, I do this all the time." So unprofessional. We saw the dentist for 10 minutes-they didn't clean his teeth or even attempt to do x-rays. What an awful first experience. My boy said on the way home with tears still on his face "I'm not scared anymore mama!" I've never had such a horrendous experience. My poor boy. Literally go anywhere else.

I cannot begin to express my happiness with my visit to this place. Dr. Latif and my lovely hygienist were all so kind, warm, and welcoming!! Finding a dentist can be hard. Go here. I never write reviews, but when you leave the dentist with a smile on your face, you know something was done right and have to compliment and acknowledge the wonderful work done. My exam and treatment plan were made so clear to me. I had an extraction done as well, which was the smoothest one since I've switched from a previous dentist over to here. I cannot recommend it enough!
