We have been with this dentist for over a decade. She and her staff are excellent in care and the service provided is very satisfying.

I had a bad experience with this dentist. I took my son to her the first time. The appintment was @12pm we were waiting there more than 1hour and half until I asked them to go and reschedule the appointment for another day then they got him in. I missed the second visit time but I called after half hour of the appointement, explaining what happened and asking for rescheduling the appointement I was told you cannot have it until you pay $75 for missing appointment. I did not see it fair how I was patient to wait more than 1 hour and half for my first appointement but she wasn't when I missed the second appoinment. after three years.

Excellent work and patient care. I travel a long distance for her to work on my teeth. I have tried many dentists and non deliver the same quality of work as she does.

We have been going here for over 12 years. This dentist office is great because all of the staff are careful, professional, and polite. The dentist is amazing! She is mindful of her staff, making sure that as a team the care they give their patients is nothing short of excellence.

Dr. Lina and her staff were amazing. Office is really neat and follow the COVID-19 protocol. They made my 2yo feel comfortable and made sure she was not scared before cleaning and looking her teeth. They took their time to listen to my questions. I do recommend them.

New patient during covid; they have so many safety precautions, PPE, and air purifiers running. I felt incredibly safe and cared for during my appointment. The entire staff is kind and patient. I would strongly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Al-Aswad for several years now and have always had a good experience. All of the staff takes great care and were taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their patients in today's environment.

We just had a terribly upsetting experience at Al-Aswad Lina dental. So bad I felt unsafe for myself and child. We arrived at our appt. time and were notified we were an hour late. We didn't get a text message. They had the wrong number in their system. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I calmly said we don't want to be charged a missed appt. fee because we never got a reminder. After a few minutes the dentist came out, Al-Aswad Lina. She came out hot and firing (so to speak). She was very upset before I said a word. I am a school teacher and education professional and am able to stay calm, and I did. After a few minutes of this I calmly stated that she seemed very upset and I was just trying to figure this out. She continued to talk to me in a very disrespectful and angry way, by the way right in front of my 9 year old and another child in the waiting room. She then explained, "I'm tired of hearing your demands"! I then calmly asked her what my demands were and she just walked away. I said, ok, 'we are leaving and she just nastily said, "we'll, we are charging you the no show fee". At this point I just wanted to get my child out of the line of fire so we left. Overall, I am horrified and question how she acts when she is alone with children. She obviously had a bad day before I arrived, and I feel bad that she did, but it's entirely unprofessional and unethical that she took it out on my and my young child. I will never go back here and am reporting her to the appropriate professional associations. We just had to spend an hour at home processing this with my child so she feels ok. Do dentists have to take the DO NO HARM oath? If so she broke it. My name is Bryan Campbell McCormick In response to the owner. Yes, these are unprecedented times and we all need to work together. Agreed. And, blaming COVID for this incident is ignorant. I stand by my above review that your actions, words, tone and expressions were aggressive, unprofessional and created an environment of feeling unsafe. If I treated a student like that I would not have a job and you should really reflect on how you acted. I'm sorry you had a bad day but taking it out on myself and my 9 year old child is uncalled for. In your quest to get what you thought is fair, our no show fee, you've lost my business for good. I'm also a local educator and I will not recommend your business. I personally know about 10 of your patients and will be lobbying them to find a new dentist. Would it have hurt you to take some responsibility for what happened today? We all make mistakes but growth can't happen without honest reflection.

Our 2-year old had his first dentist appointment and it was a great experience! Dr. Lina was so calm and gentle with him, he didn't even get upset. He was happy to sit there and watch Netflix while she cleaned his teeth. She answered my questions clearly and without judgement. I highly recommend Al-Aswad Dental!

I've Been Going Here since I was able to walk. I'm now almost 24.. I have an outstanding amount of respect for Lina and Jennifer. I Have always trusted these people as they have always taken care of me. I would rate this place a 10 out of 10.

Dr. Al-Aswad is easily the best dentist I've had. She is thoughtful and thorough without adding pressure to get complex procedures etc. And, she's awesome with kids. I went in with my 4 year old, who kinda freaked out when I had to leave the room (b/c they were doing x-rays on her teeth). Dr. Al-Aswad came in, did breathing exercises with my daughter, and it completely calmed her down. She was perfectly happy for the rest of her appointment. Highly recommend!
