Dr. Al A. Fallah practices holistic cosmetic and restorative dentistry in the city of Carlsbad. He treats patients from all areas of San Diego and even receives patients from other states and countries.
Dr. Fallah provides care from a holistic and biological perspective, integrating proven principles and the latest technologies to treat a myriad of dental concerns. It is our sincere desire to assist our patients in achieving a better state of being.
Before attending UCLA Dental School, Dr. Fallah received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). In his educational career at UCLA, he ranked in the top 6 percent of the nation on his National Board Examinations.
Dr. Fallah completed a residency with the prestigious Contemporary Cosmetic Dentistry Program in Los Angeles and trained at the esteemed Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, where he perfected his skills in cosmetic dentistry under the tutelage of leading dentists in that field. His progressive education includes numerous modern methodologies such as jaw orthopedics, neuromuscular occlusion treatments, Invisalign, and full-mouth reconstruction. His 2002 fellowship, and 2015 mastership at the International College of Cranio-mandibular Orthopedics taught him various aspects of cranio-mandibular dysfunction, or TMJ, as well as optimal treatment programs for this condition.
Dr. Fallah merges knowledge of dentistry and nutritional principles into our Carlsbad practice and collaborates with a network of physicians and healthcare professionals. Many patients who have received this form of care from Dr. Fallah report immense relief from chronic headaches and neck pain.

Hi, my name is Teresa Riverwood and Ive been a patient of Doctor Fallah since 2004, Since he had a practice in Beverly Hills and I'm now following him down to San Diego and is worth every minute of the two plus hour drive. He's a holistic dentist and that is what I appreciate the most. Actually, I appreciate his gentle hand and his his, wonderful Caring personality the most actually and then that is a holistic dentist on top of that, he really helps assess my issues that I have as my body as a whole and not just my teeth. We found out that a lot of my grinding and my TMJ issues are actually from my misalignment of my knees, so that's been wonderful. Finding that out and trying to work with that and help ease some of my grinding. He's done a beautiful job on my veneers, Which I get complimented on, Every day pretty much every day, and Ive had a couple root canals, Painless, painless, and I thank him, For that, and if you were looking for a dentist, he's the one, believe me, trust me. I came to Doctor Fallah because I had had some bridges that had gone bad and many years of just deterioration and I put it off and put it off and put it off and I wasn't sure that there was much that anybody could do for me. In the meantime, I had felt really bad about the way I was looking that it seemed like all of a sudden I turned 50, but I Was looking like I was 60 or 65 and Didn't really know why I knew The teeth were not good, but Didn't realise that that was affecting How I felt. Overall, and how I looked overall and I would get ready in the Morning and look in the mirror once and then not. Look in the mirror for the rest Of the day, and if I would Catch myself in a window or glass or something I was pretty much taken back by how old I looked and sometimes didn't even recognise myself. So when I came I wasn't really sure about what all could be done And in a very short period of time, Doctor Fallah, Really changed not only my appearance, but my confidence level is back up again and I'm feeling, Better about being In front of People and presenting myself. I worked in the schools and High school and I Was a little bit afraid of the kids and their reaction to me because my appearance had gotten so bad and it really wasn't so much the kids that it was How I felt about myself and how I was presenting myself and I just feel so much better. My experiencehas, was really coloured from the very first day that I called the Office I found the website and I called the office and was just really impressed by the staff. The staffing is so nice and friendly and I thought well Maybe it won't be this way after five or six visits, but the staff is genuinely very helpful, kind, concerned, Nice and I think that you get a staff like that when you have A lean person, The doctor is that kind of person they don't, they really reflect what the kind of person he is, and that's what Ive seen, very impressed with Doctor Fallah. Good caring person who enjoys what he does Enjoys seeing a difference in people and My sense is that he doesn't necessarily do it for the money. He does it because he cares about People, he cares about doing. A good job. He loves what he does and it's reflected in the work and and what happened so I feel good about smiling now. I feel good about Looking in the mirror And I think I looked 5 to 10 years Younger than I did. So, it's been a really positive Experience for me and I would recommend Doctor Fallah to anybody.

My husband and I are in our 70's. We are so grateful that we have finally found the very best #1 dentist and team. Dr. Fallah and his team are far beyond any other. The office is clean, comfortable and modern with the latest high-tech equipment. Dr. Fallah is up-to-date on all the latest and greatest tools and procedures. He is cheerful, skilled, gentle, knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough in his work, and he produces top-quality results. He's got the best bedside manner--he listens to our needs and explains what he's doing. He and his team always make sure to do everything they can to make us feel safe and comfortable. Cindi and the receptionist are kind, understanding and caring and go out of their way to arrange appointments to accommodate our needs. Jennifer (Hygienist) is the best hygienist that we know. She's very knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough in cleaning and even go beyond that to teach us in detail how to clean at home. May (Assistant) always does an exceptional job with temporary crowns and other work. Sergio (Assistant) is very smart, kind, capable, caring and very much like his teacher, Dr. Fallah. The whole office has a happy, warm atmosphere. We feel safe, comfortable, and very grateful. We highly recommend their services. Update: August 21, 2022 Our dental health greatly improved over the period under Dr. Fallah and his team's care. We have gone to other Holistic dentists, but did not have as good a result. Some even created problems. Now we truly understand there can be a huge difference even among Holistic dentists. Dr. Fallah by far is the absolute best dentist. We are very happy and grateful to him and his team.

I just had my teeth cleaned by Jennifer, she is the BEST! Dr. Fallah and his entire team is AMAZING, truly. I have seen many dentists in my life, but the day I met Dr. Fallah I knew my search was over. As I listened to him speak for the first time I couldn't contain the tears running down my face. I immediately felt I could trust him. Not only is he the most incredibly qualified dentist I've ever met, he is also a gentle, caring, beautiful human being. Dr. Fallah is my biological dentist since 2019, and my reason to see him was for an emergent situation. I am thankful he was available & I immediately told my daughter to see him for her dental care. She became a patient, too. I am a senior citizen & have seen good & bad dentists since my youth years. Dr. Fallah's technique is amazing & I feel beyond what any other dentist I have seen. After repairing a fractured tooth, he fitted me for a new nightguard that I desperately needed. He is highly educated in night guard treatment protocols. I feel he is highly educated & experienced in his field. I usually do not provide many professional reviews, but in my opinion, Dr. Fallah is the best dentist. I am fortunate to have found him for my dental care & my daughter's.

Dr. Fallah and his staff are absolutely amazing, caring, and very professional team. I had three of my root canal teeth extracted, placed three zirconium implants at a different appointment. I wish I had done this sooner. They are one of the best and I'm thankful they were able to see me as soon as they did. I highly recommend them. I feel so lucky for being treated by Dr.Fallah and his caring staff!

Doctor Falllah Just the best most skilled,, honest Dentist I've ever been to. He solved A severe non stop screaming painful dental issue i ve ever vhad .. He has the most advancedbequipment I have ever seen., rather impressive. And the nicest , expert , wonderful dental staff ever. I highly recommend him.

As usual, Dr Fallah was able to painlessly resolve what was my current dental issue. Great job Doc! Today was my semi-annual appointment with Dr Fallah's hygienist Jennifer, who in my opinion is the best hygienist around. So needless to say, it was another expert care appointment. Dr Fallah's expertise and that of his team is top-notch; and it is always a pleasant, caring experience being under their care. Well done everyone! I had another enjoyable appointment with who in my opinion is the best of the best when it comes to dentists - Dr. Al Fallah. His expertise in all facets of dentistry is as good as it gets. I always feel well cared for when I go to Dr. Fallah's office. The treatment he and his staff deliver is stellar. I have been in the office many times over the last 5 years due to dental injuries from a car accident several years ago. Dr. Fallah always makes great effort to handle problems so that I'm comfortable. He has tremendous grasp of the large and small details that make everything work smoothly and properly again. I so appreciate his commitment to make necessary procedures painless. I'm never nervous going to the dentist anymore and that's saying a lot given the other painful dentists I've had in the past. I am so glad that someone recommended him to me. And I'm glad he uses materials and procedures that aren't injuring my health in other ways. He sure knows a lot!
