When my wife needed oral surgery prior to some other very serious medical treatments, we were getting desperate, because every oral surgeon's office in the vicinity was booked up for several months. Dr. Brokloff, too, was booked up, but when I explained the situation to Michelle on the phone, she immediately said, "Oh! Wait one minute. I will talk to doctor and see what we can arrange." Instead of having to wait two months, she got her necessary treatment within two days, because these medical professionals went out of their way to work her into their busy schedule. Dr. Brokloff, nurse Michelle, and everyone else at this office all obviously care very much, and are so extremely kind and supportive. After my wife's surgery, the doctor personally stayed in touch to follow up on her condition. We are extremely grateful to him and his entire staff, and could not recommend them more highly.

I am so happy on my decision to see Dr. Brokloff. I had my lower implant done by Dr. Brokloff & staff the first week of May, 2022. They're so professional and I believe I got my money's worth on the implant/services I desperately needed. There's simply no one in the Akron area who could have done this implant better than Akron Highland Square Oral surgeon than the team of Dr. Brokloff!

I had surgery friday. Today, Monday, I called because I'm having a negative reaction to the medicine. The medication tells me to call them if I'm having these dangerous reactions, yet I can't even get a call back with instructions on how to proceed or if it's safe to continue using them. Thanks for your lack of professionalism, potentially causing me serious bodily harm.

Went in to have my upper and lower wisdom teeth removed and I had the best experience. The staff was super sweet and down to earth. They helped calm my nerves and had me felling comfortable. I've always had anxiety when it came to oral problems and they eased my mind. As far as the procedure went, they were fantastic. Dr. brokloff was amazing when putting in my iv sedation and quick with the extraction. I'm am very pleased!

I broke my far right hand side top molar back in 2018, and until today April 2021 it finally started decaying to the point where I was in so much pain. A solid 8.5 on a pain scale. During this Pandemic almost every office I called was booked until late May and there was no possible way I thought I was going to make to then. I called and thankfully someone had to reschedule that day and I was able to go in and get it pulled... same day. In consideration I did have to be patient for about a hour before I was able to be seen and treated. To the owner of the building, You run a great crew and ship. I was surprised. I hate going to the dentist. Despise it even but you and your well chosen employees were able to calm me down and had relief in almost no time. I'm studying business myself and in comparison to a lot of other offices, you know how to treat your patients. Professionalism at its absolute finest. 10/10 would recommend

Very professional staff. Very comforting since it was my first time being under. The staff was very great and Dr. Broklof was upmost professional and quick! Nothing bad to say about this place

I had the worst experience here. I was treated poorly by the staff and the oral surgeon, Dr. Brokloff. He basically put words in my mouth and coerced me to agree that I was having unbearable nerve pain in my jaw when I told them multiple times it was on the surface of my gums (an abscess of some sort). He informed me he needed to pull two of my teeth at which point I got a little upset and asked probing questions, as I've never had any dental problems not even a cavity. He told me I needed to calm down and even BROUGHT IN another patient who had just had the exact same procedure to try to make me feel better about it. I felt this was completely unprofessional and unnecessary especially during everything with COVID. My perception is that they are taking advantage of people during this time and convincing them that they need to get more teeth pulled than absolutely necessary in order to charge for additional dental procedures. This surgeon was not understanding and rude, would not return or recommend.
