My biggest concern is, If Celeste Myers Dental Clinic knew they would not accept a referral outside of Akron Children's network. Why didn't they not state that on July 28th when they requested I hand deliver the referral from Alliance? Because if you're a Akron Children's doctor I would not of had to "hand deliver a referral". On July 28th my child was seen by his dentist at Akron Smiles, who gave him a referral to Celeste Myers Dental Clinic. Celeste Myers Dental Clinic requested I hand deliver the referral from Alliance to them. I delivered it that day. The office did not respond back. I called the office on August 1st to find out what was going on. They called me back on August 2nd to say that Akron Smiles was not part of Akron Children's network and they would not accept his referral. I then called his Akron Children's Pediatrician who gave them a second referral. I called back to Celeste Myers Dental Clinic to schedule the appointment again. They said they would not accept the family physicians referral neither. It had to be an Akron Children's Specialist. I called his Akron Children's ENT doctor to have them send the referral over, I was put on hold while the ENT office called over to Celeste Myers Dental Clinic. The ENT doctor informed me that the Celeste Myers Dental Clinic would not accept their referral either because a cavity has nothing to do with the ears, nose and throat. I called back to his Akron Children's Pediatrician to receive help. They called Celeste Myers Dental Clinic who informed them, all Celeste Myers Dental Clinic needs is a referral from a Akron Children's Specialist. Seems like a lot of run around just to get a child's tooth token care of.

We've been going here for about 2 years now, all of my kids dentist anxiety is gone! They never mess up our billings. The only down side is they're always booked solid. But we once needed to have a tooth looked at and they got us in the next day!

I am so happy that my children are going to akron's children dental center it is one of the best things I could ever have done for my children they love the doctors and they love the experience there I highly recommend it thank you to all the doctors and staff that has seen my children through the years

First dental visit for my children. They were nervous about going but the moment we walked through the doors the staff helped them forget they were ever scared! Amazing and friendly staff from the beginning of our visit all the way out the door from the doctors and nurses, to the front desk clerk! We LOVE Children's and all the different forms of health care they provide!! Thank you!

I am so happy that my children are going to akron's children dental center it is one of the best things I could ever have done for my children they love the doctors and they love the experience there I highly recommend it thank you to all the doctors and staff that has seen my children through the years

First dental visit for my children. They were nervous about going but the moment we walked through the doors the staff helped them forget they were ever scared! Everyone here is so friendly! They were so kind to my kids and put them at ease. The clinic is also clean and comfortable. We have seen Dr. Berlin and also Dr. Veraldi who were equally awesome! They are at the Celeste Myers Dental Clinic which is within (and part of) the Akron Children's Hospital. Do not get this office confused with the Locust Dental Clinic which just rents space from the Akron Children's Hospital and is otherwise not affiliated. If you have the choice, choose Akron Childrens Dental Clinic/Celeste Myers! They are amazing!
