Dr. Ake met his wife, Ashley, in middle school and they have been together ever since. When hes not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors in the Natural State, hunting, playing disc golf, and woodworking. Anytime Green Bay is playing, you can always find Dr. Ake cheering on his team!

Dr. Ake is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Arkansas State Dental Association. He volunteers for several outreach programs, treating communities that often can't afford routine dental care. He volunteers annually at the Arkansas Mission of Mercy and monthly at a local church, where he treats patients experiencing dental emergencies.

Dr. Ake has practiced in Stuttgart and Conway and is proud to open his own practice, Ake Family Dentistry, on the strong foundation Dr. Weber has built. He is committed to providing knowledgeable, considerate dental care in a relaxing environment and is honored to serve the families of Little Rock.

Pam has served patients for 31 years as the patient care coordinator and insurance liaison for the office. She is dedicated to helping all patients find financial solutions to enable everyone to obtain optimal dental treatment and is committed to working with each and every patient in making them as comfortable as possible. She has a genuine caring attitude with everyone and is truly interested in what is happening with patients ' families and lives. She was 'born and raised in Little Rock' and has worked in the dental field for 42 years. She is an animal lover and she and her husband John a dog named Oliver.

Jeanie has been a hygienist for the people of Little Rock, and specifically with the patients of this practice, for many years. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Dental Hygiene and has been a practicing hygienist for over 40 years. She truly enjoys establishing a personal relationship with her patients and her attention to detail and constant study of the hygiene and dental fields is a true gift to the entire staff. Jeanie loves to spend free time with her husband of 40 years, Frank; her children and most of all her granddaughters Jeanette, Julia, and Caroline.

Brooke joined our team in August of 2013 as an intern from Eastern College for dental assisting. After finishing her internship, she became a full-time dental assistant. Brooke loves that our practice is one big family and the closeness we all have while working in a fun and relaxed professional atmosphere. Brooke lives with her husband, Austin, and two daughters, Laken and Laine in Benton. She and her family spend most of their time at the softball field on the weekends and also enjoy spending time at the lake.

Kamryn has been with the team since 2017. She is originally from Webb City, Missouri and has been a dental hygienist for six years. She graduated with her B.S. degree in health science and A.S. degree in dental hygiene from Missouri Southern State University in 2015. Kamryn and her husband, Derek, reside in North Little Rock with their dog, June. They will welcome a baby girl in November. Kamryn places building trustworthy relationships with her patients as a top priority and thoroughly enjoys getting to know and take care of each and every one of them. In her spare time, Kamryn enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Erika comes to our office with 34 years of dental experience. Erika began her career in dentistry while living in the wilds of Alaska, volunteering as a dental assistant with the military Dentac at Ft. Greely Alaska. Erika returned to her home state of California and received her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University in 1997. Since then Erika has practiced all over the United States and Ireland, specializing in special needs pediatric and adult patients as well as Alzheimer and Dementia patients. Erica was recently appointed by the Governor as the sole hygienist representative on the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners, which is charged with protecting the public and overseeing the dental profession in the state of Arkansas. Erika has two grown daughters and two amazing granddaughters. Erika resides in Conway, where she shares her home with her husband.

Leigh is a grandmother of 11 who adores her job with Ake Family Dentistry assisting patients and serving their needs, and directing them to the appropriate team member if she can't solve an issue. She's a Little Rock native and a patient at this office for over 35 years. Leigh is part of several generations that come to this dental office. When she is not at the office, Leigh spends her time visiting her ever-growing family both in Little Rock and out of state.

Kelsey is the newest member of the team here at Ake Family Dentistry. She works hand in hand with Pam as treatment coordinator and general office manager. When not at the office, you can find her golfing with her husband, Caleb, reading books or enjoying a good patio. She also has a kitty named Cleocatra who loves to go outside on her leash, and they will be adding another fur baby soon, a golden retriever, yet to be named!
