Last weekend of August 2020, I went to Dr. Ajay R. Patel, to have my two upper wisdom teeth removed. It was a pleasant experience, for just a short period of time ,my two wisdom teeth were removed. I managed to drove my car home. Everything that was done was so professional. Thank you Dr.Ajay R. Patel and Staff.

I had a good experience definitely will back if I ever need a tooth out again. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted with iv sedation, and did not feel a thing. Very happy with the outcome of my surgery! I would definitely recommend Dr.Patel.

I saw Dr.Patel on 8/15/19 to have a tooth taken out. I can honestly say it was the most pain free experience I have had. I should mention this is the second time I have seen him for an extraction. He was very gentle and he told me I would feel some pressure but should feel no pain, and I didn't. It was over before I knew it. I would highly recommend him.

I would give 0 if I could. Today on 9.6.19 I had such a horrible experience with Dr. Patel. As soon as he came into the room he was in a mad mood. When he asked who did my root canal retreat I tried to explain what happened and he yelled and demanded just the name. He started pulling the tooth out and one of his instruments was spraying too much mist in my nose so I tapped his hand to stop and he had a fit that he had to sleep me and to reschedule. I have 2 girls and was not going to waist my time like that so I told him to try again. He was being really aggressive and his instrument slipped and cut my cheek on the outside. It slipped a second time and feel a cut in my mouth inside cheek too. When he finished he walked off. Most horrible experience I have ever had with any dentist. If I could post a picture of my face I would. Definitely reporting this to the board.

Just had my cyst removed and treatment of root canal. So afraid when I went in to have this surgery, but I thank God that I found Dr. Patel, he was wonderful. I was sedated and didn't feel the pain which I would highly recommend if you need surgery. Dr. Patel is very professional and called me that night to check on how I was doing,. You don't find to many doctor's around that take the time to make that call. I have to also comment on Helen and Linda how they gave me the courage and strength to have this done. If you need dental work done or surgery Dr. Patel is the one to see. Thank you for such for such wonderful service.

I am not happy because I paid 174 for the x-ray and a conversation with dentist no more than 5 mins. But this is just my experience with them and principal insurance for wisdom teeth consultation. You may have a different story if you have another insurance. I was recommended here by pearl family dentistry for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I had x-ray and a conversation with the dentist for no more than 5 mins. They charged 230 dollars for this consultation. Since their estimate of removing four wisdom teeth are 2200 after insurance, I moved to another dentist office. Since I didn't want to pay for another x-ray, I called them to get my x-ray. They said they have to wait for the insurance to pay first. My teeth hurt, so I called them for x-ray again. This time they said they will send the x-ray. However, they did not give the electronic version. They said that's what they can give. Then I received the bill from them for 154 after insurance pay of 56 and my copay of 20 though on the explanation of benefits from insurance company, the allowed charge is 108. I think I ended up paying what I was not supposed to with least amount of work from the dentist because they don't honor the insurance price or the insurance don't honor their price.
