I had a great experience. I was seeking a different dental experience that allowed me less pain and a dental provider that would not up sell me on un-needed dental work or medications. The location was clean and the desk staff was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they explained things to me and helped me to decide on what is the best option for me regarding my oral care. The dental tech was also full of joy and made the experience less stressful. This could have been a dreadful experience with the cleaning and planning for my future care however they did not make it feel that way. From up to date technology to address my needs to in house options for future dental work. I can not say enough about my experience with Dr. Moore and her staff on today. Thank you all and I look forward to my next appointment.

Every visit has been a great visit. Staff is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Moore and Dr. Moorehead both listen and attend to your pain and or issues.

Dr Moore makes going to the dentist at pleasant experience. Her office is still paying attention to covid regardless of what the CDC says which I think is second to none. I give her practice five stars because Dr Moore is a true professional in her field and she can be trusted

The environment and staff were so welcoming! This was my best dental appointment I can recall. I have dental anxiety, but Ms. Jessica and Dr. Moore put me at ease. I am excited about being an adult and not being afraid of the dentist any longer.

I absolutely love Dr.Moore & I have consistently been coming to her for the past 5/6 years! I've had 2 encounters that have places me at unease! I rescheduled my cleaning and no one told me it was too early until I arrived! I adjusted my work schedule to have a pointless trip! I was asked to come back in 2-days for a procedure & once again I accommodated that schedule! I was quoted the price as well as I signed it! When I arrived today I was basically told I was a liar and that the person told me Tuesday the price that is incorrect! I even have the paper as proof! My time, workday, money & gas has been wasted for 2 days in one week and I don't believe that was handled the correct way! I have never felt like I needed to seek another dentist until today! I wouldn't send any clients off I just hope your time & money isn't wasted the way mine has been wasted!

My family has been going to Dr Moore, D.D.S since moving to Rock Hill in 2015. Dr Moore and the staff are amazing and all of our smiles look great. It is a family oriented environment with excellent, expert staff.

Dr Moore is the Best Dentist in Sc /Nc period !! her staff is always delightful,,respectful, and make you feel at ease...I have been going there for a while and from my experience no other Dentist compares to Her Dr Aisha Moore.

Loved my experience with the ladies at Family Denistry!! They make you feel welcomed and are very professional! You can tell they take pride in what they do...helping people feel more confident in their smile! After my cleaning, Jessica and Dr. Moore gave me detailed information, asked questions, and helped me come up with a plan on improving my smile with invisaligns at an affordable cost! I'm excited to now be a part of this dental family!

I was on time and immediately sent to an examination room. Shandra (I do believe that is her name) did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Moore completed the exam by putting a coating on my bottom front teeth. I would recommend Dentistry by Dr. Moore to anyone in need of dental assistance. Carmen Moore

Dr. Moore, is the best dentist ever her staff is very nice and kind. My daughter was terrified of going to dentist. I decided to give Dr. Moore, a chance and they were able to do a complete exam on my daughter... I wish I could add 5 more to give her and the staff a 10 star rating....

I was initially nervous about a new dentist because I've had negative experiences in the past, but my hygienist Jessica had such a positive and chill vibe she made me feel more comfortable immediately. She and Dr Moore listened to my concerns, were open to questions, and even answered questions I had about bringing my son in for future visits. The receptionists were also extremely friendly and helpful with paperwork and insurance claim information. I'm so glad I can start my dental health journey again.
