Dr. McKee has enjoyed learning advanced techniques in dentistry since he started in Downers Grove after graduating from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. This training allows him to help many patients with needs that range from simple to complex. He has a special interest in the jaw joints and how they relate to everyday dentistry.
Dr. McKee not only works with patients, but he also works with other dentists sharing his knowledge and experience. He is involved in teaching both nationally and internationally. He also runs study clubs for dentists looking to improve their clinical expertise.
Dr. Courtney Donkoh completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Iowa. After graduation, Dr. Donkoh gained experience working both in private practice and in a hospital based dental clinic in the Chicago area.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Donkoh has completed numerous hours of post-graduate continuing education in the concentrations of orthodontics, TMJ, craniofacial growth and development, pediatric and adult frenuloplasty, cosmetic dentistry, Botox, and dermal fillers. Dr. Donkoh believes in providing comprehensive and holistic treatment which addresses dental structures as well as the whole body. Treating her patients and improving their quality of life is more than just her job, it is her passion, and she is devoted to making sure her patients receive the best care possible.
Dr. Donkoh has had many great mentors along her journey, including, notably, Drs. James and Lisa McKee. In November 2020, it was with great honor that Dr. Donkoh officially joined Drs. Jim and Lisa in practice. All three doctors are excited about learning and growing with each other and enhancing the practice with their collaboration for years to come.
