Dr. Timothy Aiossa was raised in Elmwood Park, Illinois. After graduating from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a bachelor degree in Biology, Dr. Tim began his training with Loyola University, where he became a general dentist and later taught as a clinical instructor for 12 years.
For three years post-graduation, Dr. Tim practiced as a general dentist and then went back to school to become a dental specialist. With additional education, he graduated with a degree in Periodontics.
His staff includes his sister, Peggy, who has been his hygienist for the past 20 years, as well as his front desk manager Linda, who began working for Dr. Tims father 34 years ago. Dr. Tim values a practice employed by those he trusts most- his family. He enjoys spending his time boating and traveling with his wife, Debbie, and their three children.
Periodontics is the area of dentistry that focuses on the structure of teeth, as well as gum disease. A periodontist is a specialized dentist focusing upon the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gum disease. A periodontist is also the surgeon responsible for the maintenance of dental implants. Dr. Aiossa is the BEST Dr. of all of Chicago! He is extremely professional , creates a goal sheet and give you options of what you can do and need. He told me in the beginning of our patient visit " I am not here to pull your teeth I am here for you to help you keep them". And he has done just that!! He made me believe in Dentist again and gave me some faith too! I owe him much , money cant buy what he has done for me. I will say this, my smile is much healthier now than it wa,s before I went to him ,and in return my health is better too. Thank you Dr. Aiossa no words can ever be put into a sentence for all you have done for me , only tears of happiness. BTW I only believe what he says is golden. Not to much about what others say. I highly recommend him for all his services.

Dr Iossa is an excellent periodontist who is following is his father's foot steps. He is a very skilled surgeon with excellent customer service. He seems to be able to do his procedures feel painless

I love this dentist. His friendly, courteous, and professional touch was wonderful. He has a gentle touch which was necessary for me to feel comfortable. The only complaint I had is the clerical staff did not send in the paper work in a timely fashion and the insurance company had to write me a letter.
