I called to get a crown replaced the day after I knocked it out, that was 6 weeks ago, , I have had 2 appointments canceled only to find out they were canceled when I showed up, they did not call me to let me know, they gave me a temporary crown until they can make me a new one but the temporary fell out in 4 days, they've already charged me $700 dollars and pretty much done nothing for me.

I used to really like it there and have been a patient (as well as my daughter) for many years but I just called for an appointment trying to make an evening or Saturday appt (as I always have because I am a single working mom) and was told that they are now only open until 4:00 during the week and didn't have a Saturday appt until FEBRUARY. I will be searching for a new dentist I guess. That's crazy.

They gave me an incomplete route canal and a crown that doesn't fit (too large) which makes me grind my teeth at night. It has damaged my other teeth. When they did the mold for the crown they didn't use any local anesthetic and it was painful. When they put in the crown in even the dentist couldn't floss between the adjacent teeth (she broke the floss) and told me to do it myself at home which I wasn't able to do for months. Since then two other dentists have told me the route canal/crown is going to fail because of how poor a job it was and the fix is estimated to be $6,000+ out of pocket. Going to AIM Dental has caused me nothing but trouble, I do not recommend this dental office.

The only reason I'm giving a two star instead of one is because the doctor I saw there was attentive and professional. The rest of the staff is horrible. I had taken a day off from work to get a crown. The plan was to get the mold done and get the crown done in one day. When I got there, the plan had changed. I was given a fake crown and told it could fall out at any point and told by the doctor I could come back in 5 days to get the crown. The receptionist argued with me and scheduled me to come in two weeks later. On top of that, my appointment was at 8am and I wasn't seen until 8:30am... because the doctor was late and the assistant called out. Very unapologetic. Poor customer service! RUN!!!!

I previously had a good experience with Aim Dental. However, my most recent visit was terrible and is a testament to their poor customer service. After Aim Dental called me, texted me, and sent me two emails confirming my appointment, I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes until I was told that "the hygienist was running late" and that I had no choice but to reschedule. Later, I waited for a phone call from an office manager to apologize to me for the complete disregard of my schedule. When I did not hear, I called twice and left messages. After finally receiving a call from the office four days later, what I basically heard was "it wasn't our fault." My family will be taking our business elsewhere to an office that (1) respects our time and scheduled appointments and (2) accepts responsibility and apologizes for their mistake. Thankfully, there are two other dentist offices on the same street as Aim Dental that we can choose from.

It has been years since going to the dentist. Their team has had me in there half a dozen times in the last couple months. After 15 fillings, a night guard, and a Zoom teeth whitening session, my teeth are looking and feeling great! Thank you Dr. Kaur and her amazing assistant Oana for treating me so well. Thank you to Wilma for making sure I did not have to miss work and with the payment process.

The only reason I am rating with 2 stars (instead of 1) is because the hygienist who worked on me was pleasant. That being said... I called two days ago because I have a filling that fell out (that AIM put in just two years ago) and am left with a hole in my tooth... it is annoying, and painful, and food keeps getting stuck in it (I know, gross). When I got into the chair today, the hygienist asked if I wanted to do 1, 2 or 3 quadrant deep cleanings. I was confused... I told her I was there for a hole in my tooth from a filling that fell out (I repeated this several times over the course of the time I was there). She assured me that would also be taken care of, but that I signed a treatment plan (2+ years ago) to have my teeth scraped. I told her we could do some of that, but confirmed that my tooth would also be filled. She assured me it would be. IT WASN'T. and then the "manager" at the front desk argued with me - telling me that I called to book an appointment for my treatment plan, and she knows because she is the one who answered the phone and made my appointment. She is wrong. I called purely for the hole in my tooth. $423 later, still a hole in my tooth... and they have not a single convenient appointment. They were not very apologetic to their mistake.. which only leads me to believe it was done intentionally to make more money than a lousy filling would have given them. I also never received an itemized receipt of what exactly cost me $423. NOT HAPPY.

Love this dentist! I always go back even after having moved 25 min away. Dr Kaur and assistant Oana finished two crowns for me today. They did so with great care and expertise and were very concerned about pain during the procedure. Great, great dentists and staff. Thanks so much !! I used the wrong account -- this is Jim P.

Barely got seated before being called in, awesome timing!! Once again, cleaning went smoothly and done very professionally. Got a total x-ray exam which had never been done before. All went quick and painless. My hygienist was very pleasant and I look forward to having her again for my next visit. And finally, Dr. Ishaq was great to see again! Wishing all of the staff and doctors a wonderful holiday season!!

I never liked going to the dentist, so put it off as much as possible. But the Clinton staff immediately made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and made sure that I was ok with everything that was happening, something I had never had at other dentists offices. They also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied after each of my visits. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends!
