Dr. Patel and staff are an asset to the Aiken dental community. They are knowledgeable and professional. I'm pretty cowardly, but they do an excellent job at putting me at ease. When I go, their personal attention makes me feel as if I'm the only patient there. Also, they are very good about calling you if there is a cancellation, etc. if you need to get in sooner. Kat is an awesome Dental Hygienist who works closely with Dr. Patel. All the staff and Dr. Patel are very, very good. I believe they're accept new patients don't hesitate to call them!

Everyone treats you really nice and makes you feel comfortable. We've been coming here for years and wouldn't change it. Definitely recommend even if you're scared of shots Dr. Patel doesn't hurt you. Great experience in getting my teeth cleaned as well. Wonderful service.

I had a great visit. The young lady that did my cleaning was awesome. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is a good and through dentist. The staff is very nice. They even gave me some great information on how get financial help with future dental work.

I've been going here twice a year for ~9 years and I can't recall ever having a problem. I myself really don't like getting dental cleanings done (it's like nails on a chalkboard in my mouth), BUT cleanings of course are necessary, and Dr. Patel & Co. do a great job of getting a quality cleaning done as quickly as possible so I can go on about my day.

Great staff! Dr. Patel took time to explain the procedure and what to expect afterward. I don't know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, but the staff made it very pleasant.

Very happy with the care I received. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I would recommend Dr Patel and Aiken family dentistry to anyone. I only wish I had called sooner.

This was my very first visit and the staff and the dentist was very nice! I didn't have to wait a long time inside the waiting area! The Hygienist was very professional and she had my teeth sparkling after she gave me a thorough cleaning... Wow! This is the best experience that I've had in a very long time!

Do not recommend. I went for a broken tooth that needed fixing. Everything started off great until after the first appt then they would call and change it due to spring break week. They already knew it was spring break when they made the appt then it was changed again for some other reason. Every time I turned around they are calling to ask me if this or that date would work best for me. I would ask why it kept getting changed and never could get a straight answer. The woman who called each time was hard to understand as well so after dealing with this for about 5 months and had only made 2 appts which was a consult and the second was for the full x-rays and dentist to let me know the treatment plan, I told them to cancel all my appts and I would never be back there again. That was such a sad experience. And now I'm going to Aspen Dental to finally get my tooth fixed.

Very friendly and professional. They take all Covid precautions. Run true to schedule with very little waiting time. Great outcomes because they are concerned about our health. Scheduling fits us well. A pleasure to go to this service.
