Very slow and insensitive to the patient conditions! Waited for more than hour for a consult visit!!!

Very pleasant staff!! I was pregnant and had to get a tooth removed, unfortunately! But everyone made sure to follow the most necessary protocols and I was comfortable through it all. Would definitely recommend!

I received a referral from my dentist in December. It took almost 2 months to get an appointment. They told me my appointment was at 3 PM I got there a little before three I had all my paperwork filled out by 3:01 PM and I was still sitting in the lobby at 4 o'clock. I asked about what the deal is and do you always make people wait for an hour. She said your appointment wasn't until 3:30! I said you had me come in 30 minutes early for paperwork that took 5 minutes? She said it shouldn't be long there's only a few people in front of you. sometimes consults are more complicated and take more time. Then they said the computers were down. I say I'm already checked in. I've been here an hour. Then she went and got a few staff people. They said there's four people in front of you. FOUR. I've already been waiting and hour. They said we'll take you back now. We "just had rooms open". I think they just wanted me to leave the lobby. I told them that it is disrespectful to the patient to make them wait like this. Four people ahead of me and ONE person doing consults The people that were in the lobby when I left were there before me and were still there when I left. They were going to take me back first. I said those people were here before me!! I will not be using them as my oral surgeon . So if you decide to use them Be prepared for a super long wait and staff who doesn't really seem to care that they're making you wait.

I had a consult to see if a bone in my mouth was cracked. The service was excellent. Everyone was very kind. The only thing I found out after the fact, they don't take any Medicare insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket.

My sons dentist gave us a referral for a tooth extraction. The appointment was made one and a half months out due to delays caused by covid. When the appointment was made they were given our insurance information and told me they accepted this insurance. Finally made it around to the appointment and was told after we met with the doctor that "oh, I don't think you are in network". We waited a month a a half for them to charge $82 just to see a doctor for less than 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in the way their team handled this and will not be recommending them in the future.

I'm only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. At first everything was great, up until after my procedure was completed. I started to receive multiple calls from a shady debt collection company because the office didn't correctly file the insurance information on their end. After looking into the situation there appeared to be a $700 charge left unpaid because the dental office didn't take care of their end of the paperwork for my dental insurance. Now the $700 charge has miraculously turned into a $2000 debt on my credit report by the company they use to collect. I paid $600 as a copay the day of the procedure for a simple single extraction (with dental insurance) only to be hounded by a sketchy debt collection company with a fraudulent account that they think I owe them. By all means STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your dental needs!

I called this place in November of 2020. I told them I did not have dental insurance and wanted to know price as I had to pay cash. I was being told by one girl (who obviously was new because another girl had to get on phone mid call to correct her) to just come in and they would bill it as insurance for health. They took it 3 wisdom teeth. They made me pay almost $700 up front and said that insurance would pick up rest. Well, just got a collections notice for $150. I called the office and explained I am on disability and they told me over and over that they would make sure I didn't owe anything but that. They lied. Said they talked to dr fair cloth and he said to go ahead with a $159 collection. Well, dr faircloth, I will see you again. You see I had 3 months worth of pain after you did my procedure. Two dentists later have told me why. I was told to go back and inform you and let you fix your mistake. Well, I'm getting someone else to do it and then I will be showing you the same amount of mercy you just showed me over $150 that was only $100 for you. You got over $1000 to do an hours of work. No, you want to have your billing lie to people and out people in collection. Well, my attorney will be calling on your screwup. See you then

Writing review on behalf of my fiance who had her wisdom teeth removed. The nurses are fantastic and words cannot describe how helpful they were. The surgeon (David Faircloth) on the other hand does not seem to care about how his patients feel. My fiance is terrified of needles and when he went to put the IV in my fiance naturally tried to pull her arm away and he grabbed her arm and forced it down and tried to force the IV in despite her telling him to wait a second until she's ready. Instead of waiting, he tried to put it in her hand instead to which she asked again for him to wait. His responses was that they are ready now. When she asked for five seconds to breathe, he started quickly counting down

Just had my wisdom teeth removed and I cannot thank Dr. Faircloth and his staff enough! Carla was amazing at calming my nerves and making me feel at home before the procedure. I highly recommend this place- very professional and the staff is so kind.

Dr. Faircloth pulled all 4 wisdom teeth and did an amazing job. Ver little pain afterwards. The nurse made me feel so comfortable before the procedure.
