We were expected to sit in the waiting area for nearly two hours for our infants consultation. Place looks slick but poor time management skills.

I had an great experience at this oral surgery office . Everyone was so friendly and polite . I was seen on this past Monday and my tooth extraction was then scheduled on Thursday. Very clean environment with a super friendly doctor . I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs dental work!

This place is AWESOME, and that's saying a LOT coming from me about an oral surgery visit--my first visit ever to this office. The staff was courteous, very attentive, and Dr. Faircloth was informative and confident (but not overly-so). He did exactly what we discussed, the procedure went quickly and painlessly - exactly what I had wanted (even though, pre-op, I was a little apprehensive). The cost was in line with other quotes/estimates. When in need of a similar service, I will go back to Dr. Faircloth again. Ronny Hair

I called this place in November of 2020. I told them I did not have dental insurance and wanted to know price as I had to pay cash. I was being told by one girl (who obviously was new because another girl had to get on phone mid call to correct her) to just come in and they would bill it as insurance for health. They took it 3 wisdom teeth. They made me pay almost $700 up front and said that insurance would pick up rest. Well, just got a collections notice for $150. I called the office and explained I am on disability and they told me over and over that they would make sure I didn't owe anything but that. They lied. Said they talked to dr fair cloth and he said to go ahead with a $159 collection. Well, dr faircloth, I will see you again. You see I had 3 months worth of pain after you did my procedure. Two dentists later have told me why. I was told to go back and inform you and let you fix your mistake. Well, I'm getting someone else to do it and then I will be showing you the same amount of mercy you just showed me over $150 that was only $100 for you. You got over $1000 to do an hours of work. No, you want to have your billing lie to people and out people in collection. Well, my attorney will be calling on your screwup. See you then

Great nurses and staff. Dr. Bakeman can be a little blunt on his recommendations. However it doesnt take away from him as hes kind and commpassionate during his surgery. I had my wisdom teeth removed today. And over all was a good experience.

Things the nurse said as I woke up out of the anesthesia crying and convulsing: 1. "Get her out of here. I'm so over this." 2. "Good luck to her husband, seriously." 3. (On the phone to someone else) "I'm gonna need some Mexican and a HUGE margarita after all this nonsense." I woke up feeling like I couldn't breathe and was crying from shock/pain. If you cannot have any sympathy towards another human being then work in trash collection or as a gravedigger or something with as little human interaction as possible. I felt humiliated for a reaction I had NO CONTROL OVER. I mean I have anxiety and just woke up from anesthesia and a very painful procedure. You're trying to tell me most of your patients leave happy and smiling?!

I had a wonderful experience having my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bakeman. He made sure to address my concerns before surgery and the procedure was expedient and painless. I'm writing this the day after surgery and have no discernible pain. The office staff and assistants were very kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommended Aiken Augusta Oral & Facial Surgery.

Had to get a last minute emergency appointment for abscess tooth and needed it removed. When I called I was greeted by a very friendly welcoming voice and they listened to my problem and with in a few moments she's was telling me to come in a be seen. When I arrived everything went very smoothed getting signed in paper work insurance verification in no time it was done and I was being taken care of. Every staff member I came in contact with were so nice and understanding. Dr Bakeman is awesome he made me feel at ease and his bedside manner is superb. I would recommend and tell everyone I know this is the place you need to go. I will diffinately be using them again if the need arises. You will not find a more caring staff that makes sure you are well taken care of no sooner than I got home they were already calling checking on me making sure everything was alright. This was my savior place today. And will return for all my future needs THANK YOU THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT AIKEN/AUGUSTA ORAL AND FACIAL SURGERY. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!! SHERYL WILLIAMS

I love them. They never keep you in the waiting room long. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by them and I wasn't back there long at all. They had me out in like 45 minutes. If you need dental surgeon work done then I would highly recommend them.

Dr.Bakeman was a real "A" hole to me. Didn't see him after my surgery for further instructions. Nurses were great but I wouldn't recommend anybody to dr bakeman. I had my surgery a week ago and my pain hasn't eased up at all.
