Dr. Aibel snd his staff were great! They got me an appointment very quickly, and provided me with excellent care! Everyone at the practice was great to work with!

I'm a single mom. I drove my 9yo son 3 hours from Rochester to Albany (8hr round trip drive) in pain to follow up with Dr. Kieth Aibel after he was pushed by a 9yo little girl from a truck bed and fell face first into the concrete loosing several teeth. I was the reason the teeth were saved in time. The few days leading up to his visit were sleepless for us (as I was primarily caring for him those days) and the evening before my son ran 103 degree temps. Complaining of other problems Doctor was not even aware of because he did not properly know how to communicate and no one checked us in. Socially inept is a word. No one asked me any questions. Soon after arrival doctor came into the waiting area and friendly with just Dad said Dad and my son could go back to the op, but then pointed and told me in a demanding voice that I could go to his "conference room", but I had no idea where that was nor did I want to go there. I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me considering my heart was breaking for my kiddo. My son immediately upset that mom couldn't be by his side was TERRIFIED and crying asking that I not leave his side. Then doctor accused ME of being anxious and it affecting my son when my kiddos appointment previously... with me present...with an oral surgeon the night of his accident went smoothly. All were calm in a heartbreaking, traumatic for all situation...BECAUSE I WAS THERE. I had promised my son I wouldn't leave his side and I always keep my promises. Well, not this day. Not only did doctor dismiss my sons feelings, but he dismissed mine, never asking me any medical hx about my son or any of his symptoms leading up to this appointment, only let Dad back, and never shared my kiddos treatment plan. I literally had no idea what his appointment was for (which was frightening) and then I was told I couldn't go back because the room needed to be "sterile" which frightened me even more! This man's front desk staff was unprofessional, clinical staff was rude, and then to add insult to injury...after walking out to console my terrified child...front desk locked me out! There was no checkout, no information given to me Including what restrictions there might be and my sons first day of school was the very next day. I was left feeling like I didn't even share joint custody of my child and the doctor only spoke to his father. He was belittling me as a woman throughout the entire visit and just did not have all the information he needed from me (the only caretaker prior) to pass the baton for this appointment. He was careless and completely negligent. I have previous dental experience so I know what the laws are and protocol was not followed. I highly recommend women and children steer clear of this practice and I'd be curious to know exactly how many pediatric cases with families he's had...because with the way he handled things I don't think many. Now my son has been traumatized and it will affect HIM for all future dental visits and he's going to need lots of them after what happened. I find the behavior of everyone at this office abhorrent! Still waiting for an apology. STAY AWAY!

This office provided the most efficient, organized, professional, kind, clean, knowledgeable and current appointment I have had in a very long time! I highly recommend if you find yourself needing their service. I only wish dental insurance would help seniors a bit more

I had an urgent issue with which the office was able to accommodate me. It was so nice to be treated with both professionalism/care and friendliness. Without hesitation, I would see them again, if I am ever in need of their specialization, root canals. Thank you.

Dr.Aibel and and his assistant Katie were great. Highly recommend this Endodontist. The front end staff were very friendly as well.!! And it only took about 1 hour !!

The entire office is a well oiled machine; from the first phone call to check out. The modern technology reassures you that you are in the right place. Dr. Aibel is so kind and he made sure to to listen to all my concerns!

I've had an extraordinary number of visits to lots of dentists' offices, but Aibel Endodontics is one of the best dental experiences I've had. It was quite a complicated procedure, and they guided me through the entire experience. It was a 2+ hour visit and I was well taken care of throughout. Efficient, competent, and gentle, I thoroughly recommend Dr. Aibel and his extraordinary staff--they were wonderful.

The care and professionalism was outstanding and what I personally feel makes an amazing dental experience is the relationship and connectedness of Dr Aibel and his staff. A breath of fresh air. They made a dental experience actually enjoyable and uneventful.

Dr Aibel and all of his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, which put me at ease. The office was very clean and the equipment was state of the art. I was informed in advance of the details of the root canal procedure, in plain language and was provided with after care instructions. They also called the next day to see how I was feeling, which was an extra step that shows they care about their clientele. The doctor and staff answered all questions and I was updated throughout the entire root canal procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Aibel to anyone looking for a pleasant, patient and highly competent endodontist.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr. Aibel and his staff was professional and welcoming. I had significant pain and had a prior root canal and Dr. Aibel was able to fix what another oral surgeon had missed. Couldn't say enough nice things about this office. My dentist highly recommended Dr. Aibel and now I understand why.

I value the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Aibel's care. Throughout the procedure he'd ask me if I was doing ok, which I found very reassuring. The procedure went very smoothly and painlessly.
