Growing up in Ahwatukee and Gilbert, Dr. Cory is a Phoenix native. He attended Arizona State University, where graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelors in Biology and a minor in Spanish. He then went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, where he made Deans List and earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD)

Growing up in Arizona, Dr. Cory developed a love for hiking, camping and fishing. Living in South Carolina also spurred a love for the ocean and being out on the waterfishing even more. Living in Dallas, TX heightened his love for discovering new restaurants, attending Dallas Mavericks and Cowboys games.

He fills his weekends with activities that revolve around his family. You can frequently catch them at a park chasing their little ones or shooting down the slide at full speed with a baby in tow. He has an unusual amount of Disney movie knowledge and is pretty excited about living a relatively short drive away from Disneyland.

I grew up in a house with a dentist dad (Dr. David Rush). Everywhere I looked in life there were dental magazines, teeth models, pictures, etc. Frankly, I was inundated with the stuff. Yet when it came time to really choose what to do I was split between three options. I wanted to be either a dentist, a chef, or a plastic surgeon. Well, I heard how long it takes to be a plastic surgeon and the MCAT had physics on it and I REALLY didn't like physics class, so that was out. I love to cook. I cook all the time and cook just about everything. I bake, barbecue, grill, roast, desserts, breakfast, fun stuff all over the place. If I like to eat it I'd learn to make it. But Chefs have a hard life, in my opinion, and their hours aren't conducive to the family life I wanted to have. So that was out. Now dentistry was obvious because of my upbringing, but I also love the work. Its art, it's technical, it's mechanical, and it truly changes lives. Now that's a winning combo!

On the weekends we have a strong tendency towards spontaneous trips and travel. We love driving with our kiddos and we cruise all over the city and to California. You'll probably also catch me chasing my kids around a park or splash pad, just trying to keep up.

My wife and I got to go visit her brother in Okinawa, Japan and it was a blast. We spent time in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Okinawa and just soaked in the culture and explored. It was great and I'd love to go back.

A chic-o-stick. They're a simple gas station candy that looks like a Butterfinger they forgot to coat in chocolate. They remind me of my dad and eating one just makes me think of all our good times. Except my wife, my dad was my greatest support and cheerleader and honestly was my best friend.

Before I left on my mission, Dr. Kyle turned to me and said Im going to give you the same advice that my trainer on my . mission told me. He then grabbed me on both sides of the head, looked me in the eyes and said 'Don 't. Screw. It. Up.'

Dr. Kyle Rush grew up in Ahwatukee, Arizona where he spent his youth hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the beautiful landscape of Arizona. He attended Arizona State University, where graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelors in Biology and a minor in Spanish. He then went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2012

After dental school Dr. Kyle immediately returned to the Phoenix area to work alongside his father, Dr. David Rush, and he has been here with our team ever since.Dr. Kyle enjoys all aspects of general and restorative dentistry, including endodontics (root canal therapy) and oral surgery. He believes strongly in the importance of patient education and doctor-patient communication and prides himself on being able to explain his diagnoses and treatment plans to his patients satisfaction. He strives to help his patients of all ages feel at ease at the dental office. He genuinely wants each and every patient to be happy with their experience at the office and with the results they take home with them.

When out of the office, if hes lucky, you can find Dr. Kyle outdoors, exploring everywhere from Sedona to the rim of the Grand Canyon with his family. Lately, however, a lot of his time is spent closer to home as he and his wife, Caitlin, recently welcomed their third child (a baby boy) into the family! With a little girl and now two small boys, they are learning to juggle a newborn baby with school, soccer games, and dance recitals and they wouldnt have it any other way. (Dont worrythey will still make time for outdoor exploring whenever they can!)

In dental school I had the opportunity to visit Ecuador with a dental missionary group. We spent a week in Quito treating and educating patients who otherwise may not have received quality care. My colleagues were inspiring and the people were so kind and grateful. Opportunities to serve like that are the essence of medicine.

One time my dad got my mom a vacuum cleaner for valentines day. I remember riding in the car later that day with him on the way to Sees Candies to get something more appropriate and my dad said to me, Never do that....

My favorite moments in dentistry are the ones where I make a difference: When I get someone out of pain or can fix the chipped tooth that has been bothering a patient for years. Making beautiful anterior composite restorations can change a persons whole smile in a matter of minutes! Instant gratification! I love that!

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that Dr. David Rush passed away unexpectedly on the December 21, 2017 due to a pulmonary embolism. Serving you, his patients, was one of the true joys and honors of his life

Dr. Kyle Rush resumedseeing patients on January 2nd, 2018. Dr. Cory Rush, who previously was practicing in Dallas, Texas, alsorelocated to Arizona to join the practice at this time. Together they continue to provide the quality care to your families that we have always believed in, in the samemannerthat Dr. David Rush taught us to serve. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We thank you for your continued support.

Dr. David Rush grew up in rural southeastern Kansas, where he learned to love hard work, sports of all types, and the great outdoors. After graduating from high school,he attendedBrigham Young University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Rush then returned to Kansas City and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation he and his wife, Michelle, and their three boys moved to Arizona where they added one more boy and two precious daughters to their family.

Dr. Rush's love of the outdoors, especially hiking andbackpacking, made Arizona a natural fit. While raising his four boys he became involved in various leadership positions with The Boy Scouts ofAmerica, and is today a proud father of four Eagle Scouts. Dr. Rush also greatly enjoys spending time at various track and cross country events, where he cheers on his two daughters, who are long-distance runners.

Dr. Rush's favorite part of dentistry is seeing the way customized, individual treatment and oral care can not only transform his patients'smiles, but also boost their overall health and self-esteem. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Rush excels in the areas of general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, dental reconstruction, laser gum treatments, and safe amalgam filling removal. In addition to his experience, Dr. Rush has also actively beencontinuinghis education through a series of courses over the years, and recently even earned two new degrees: Doctor of Integrative Biologic Medicine (IBDM) and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD). These degrees support his belief in the importance of overall body health, and he is pleased to be able to offer his patients new naturopathic options if they wish.
