Let me start by saying the staff is lovely and the inside was really nice. My daughter loves all things ocean, so she was absolutely delighted with all the decorations. The wait time was not bad at all and the dentist visit itself, was also speedy. However, the only reason I went here was a recruiter stopped me inside the neighboring HEB. She said that they were running a promotion that would give the parent a free cleaning, and that the child would get a cute backpack and an electric toothbrush but that i had to set appointment through her, i did. The day of the dental appointment. There was not appointment made for my daughter, there was no free cleaning for me, there was no backpack or electric toothbrush. Obviously, that was just a tactic and I can't believe she strait up lied like that. Either way, my kid loved the office and as I said, the staff was great so I will take her back.

Lobby is amazing. Lots of fun games. Front desk was courteous and kind. Dentist was efficient and quick. Would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning but the job was adequate. Gave her a great prize as she walked out. Overall great service!

If it wasn't for the dentist I would've given it 5 stars. However everyone else there is great. Been here a couple of times. Dentist doesn't even say hi when he comes in the room. Another thing we waited 45 mins to be seen by him. Smh.

New to Texas and was nervous to see a new dental office. As an adult I wasn't sure if the office was pediatrics but found out it offers services to all ages and I got excited. The child with in me loved the movie theater, the stickers, the movies while the work was done, and especially the fish tanks! All my nerves were gone before I sat down and all the employees were very nice and understanding. Plus the prices were good for everything together as well. Will for sure be going back thanks!

Staff was professional and kind. I loved the way they directed themselves towards my daughter in a friendly way which made her very comfortable! I highly recommend! Dentist was friendly and efficient!
