He helped me in a DV situation and in an emergency situation and I have to say it was an excellent experience both times! The staff and Dr is friendly, not judgemental, attentive, thorough, & give the best rates they can for those of us without insurance! Absolutely will use them again and highly recommend!!!!

I went to see Dr. Putnam 2 weeks ago. I have just moved here and had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Putnam and they were so understanding of my situation and fit me in as a new patient the next morning. His office staff was very professional and the office was nice and clean. I had my tooth pulled by Dr. Putnam and my experience was amazing. I had little to no pain and my healing process was extremely easy. I'm so grateful to have found a great dentist now that I'm here full time. I would and have already recommend this dental office to anyone in need. Thank you so much. See you next month!!!

This office does not respond to messages left from Thursday evening through Monday. I had a situation where I needed for this office to contact me after getting a tooth pulled on Thursday afternoon. I left message to call me that night, and did NOT get any returned phone call, not even on that following Monday. Does not even an email address to be able to contact with. I find this not the way a dental office should do business.

I love Dr. Putnam and his staff! They are always very welcoming and the wait time is very minimal if any. My procedures have all gone very smoothly with no issues. My sons also had to have some issues addressed and they cared for them wonderfully. Both were very nervous, the staff was very patient with them and made them feel at ease. I can't say enough good things about them there. Great at what they do with a welcoming environment. I highly recommend!

Called the dentist office 2 days prior to my appointment to reschedule because I was ill. They did not answer their phone. They billed me for the cancellation because we could not get through until day of appointment. They did not tell me there would be a charge. I will not use this greedy dentist again.

My husband had some work done and was making payments. He had an emergency before his balance was paid in full and they refused to see him until it was paid. We begged and pleaded and got a bit angry and they called the law on us. It has been a year and they still expect us to pay them . It will not happen!!!

Best Dentist I've ever been to. Great staff. I don't have a single complaint about this office. I would drive a long way to come to see Dr. Putnam.
