I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. From the receptionist who was so kind, professional and patient to the the dental hygienist Katie who was lovely, to the doctor- just wow what amazing customer care. I usually don't enjoy going to the dentist but this time my experience was amazing!

I came in looking like a Hillbilly with a chipped tooth and a crooked smile, I walked out feeling like superstar with a big white smile ear to ear! Thanks to Dr Pahl for fixing the chipped tooth, Cheryl for making my teeth sparkling white and Jennifer for the moral support! The best team!!!

My family have been going to Dr. Pahl's for 15 years. Great front desk, clean office, modern techniques.....my husband's insurance would cover other dental businesses more comprehensively but he won't leave... this office is like family!!!

I have been going to Agawam Dental Care for 30+ years and I am very happy with their level of service and personal care. Dr. Pahl and his team are incredible to work with to keep my dental health the best it can be. The office staff and hygienists are very friendly and personable and make me feel right at home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

I was impressed with the office itself. It was the first thing I noticed. Everything was very well decorated and clean. Gave me a comfortable and at ease feeling almost immediately. The receptionist and other office worker were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the employees and their outgoing personalities. The doctor was also very personable and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I felt comfortable there almost immediately. I would recommend this place to my friends and family members. Didn't have to wait long to be seen either which always aggravates me in other appointments.

I went in for a routine cleaning and despite having a bad day prior, I had a great experience with the always friendly staff and I would highly recommend Agawam Dental to anyone. I live an hour away and its worth the drive so come here for all your dental needs!
