Dr. Aznavour was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from California State University, Northridge, and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Ostrow School of Dentistry at the top of his class. Dr. Aznavour continues to teach at USC and is committed to remaining on the cutting-edge of dentistry procedures and technologies. He has built his practice around the principles of prevention, education, comfort, and quality.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Aznavour loves to cook and has been cooking from a young age, initially learning from his Vegetarian mother who reportedly cooks meat like no other. A dream of Michael's is to one day open a small restaurant.
He also loves to travel and has been to over 15 countries in his life. It is one of his many passions to see every country in the world. Prior to becoming a dentist, Dr. Aznavour worked in Diabetes research at Mannkind Corporation, working on a form of insulin that can be inhaled instead of requiring daily punctures of the skin in patients.

I've been a patient for many years and don't ever see myself going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and works efficiently. Dr. Michael has always been open and honest with my care, which I appreciate. I know my teeth are in the best care when I come here.

I have been coming here for years and Dr. Aznavour has always been so incredible with my self and my family. Not to mention he is so nice and easy to talk to. If you haven't come to see Dr. Aznavour yet you're missing out!! His location is definitely a bonus with tons of parking and a nice area to walk around in after. I can't forget about his staff who are always so friendly when you walk in! I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Aznavour has definitely changed my perspective. Thank you!

I've been looking for a denstist for so long. I've alway been apprehensive but reading their reviews put my mind at ease. When I showed up to my appointment I was greeted by the staff and they were very calming. They made me laugh which is really hard to do when I'm nervous. Keep in mind I'm 6'1" 220lb. I should be tough but they pretty much held my hand until Dr. Michael showed up. I needed a root canal and crown. I thought those were supposed to hurt but he pretty much held my hand through the whole thing. Never rushed never got annoyed by my multiple breaks. He did everything as if he could do it with his eyes closed. My porcelain/zirconia crown was so nice looking I couldn't tell it was a crown. I've also been having bad aches and jaw pain. He recommended a nightguard and it has been 6 months and I haven't had a single headache. Office was clean, technology on point and Dr. Michael was so efficient and never wasted my time. He called me after my root canal to see how I was feeling as well which showed he cares about his patients he doesn't just treat you and forgets about you. Check them out they won't disappoint.

Dr. Aznavour and his staff were phenomenal two times I visited AG Dental Studio. He not only accepted the same day appointment but went out of his way to service me thoroughly and with absolutely no rush even when the office was about to be closed. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at dental offices. Moreover, Dr. Aznavour is very skilled and I'm very happy with the result I received. Definitely recommend this dental office.

I haven't been able to find good dentist, and was referred to Dr. Aznavour by a friend. I reached out to the office through their website, and received a phone call within the same day. The office staff was very pleasant on the phone, and was able to accommodate my requested date and time for my appointment. The office location has plenty of free parking! The office is very clean and tidy. Music is playing while you wait, and there are plenty of periodicals to look through. The exam rooms are large and the chair you sit in is very comfortable. I love seeing the pictures and X-rays of my teeth on the tv. If going to the dentist makes you nervous, Dr. Aznavour is the dentist for you. I was greeted with a big smile, and he spoke with me like he's known me forever. Very calm demeanor, and so easy to talk to. He explains everything in detail, and in language that I could actually understand, and made sure all my questions were answered satisfactorily. I also need to see some specialists, and he was able to make some referrals for me. His staff is great, and you can tell they care about what they do. They always make sure to explain what they are doing and the rationale for it. I was so glad I made the decision to see Dr. Aznavour, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new dentist!

Best experience with a dentist I've ever had. I've been a patient for roughly five years. Dr. Aznavour has provided great care every time I've seen him. I've had some major work done and he made me feel comfortable throughout. I've since had some cosmetic dentistry done by him and I am incredibly satisfied. I have much more confidence in my smile these days.

I initially really liked this place, dentist and staff alike. However, I went in their on two different occasions. 1. For a cleaning. It was literally 2 minutes Long. I asked why was it so short? Dentist said my teeth weren't dirty. 2. Went in to replace my veneer. After much annoying trial and error dentist finally put one in. Problem is, he put in a full crown, which was twice as thick and wasn't even the same shape as the tooth he replaced. Since this was in the front of my mouth, clearly this was a problem. Monday I'm going to a new dentist to fix what he messed up. I'm so bummed. Again, as people, they all seemed very nice and the dentist was accessible BUT and it's a big BUT, the work they do is absolutely terrible.

I was not completely satisfied with either recent visit to this dentist. Before reviewing, I looked up other reviews. I saw a negative review and noticed it was responded to by the dentist who defended himself vehemently and that the review was subsequently removed. I searched the internet for other reviews and have learned how diligent the dentist is about making sure only good reviews are given any credence and bad reviews are fought off and labeled untrue. That's not cool. Reviews are meant to help educate and either encourage or thwart people from patronizing certain businesses based on the level of service they receive. I would not go back to this place based on a number of things. Period. That is my opinion and it's a valid one. In retrospect, it was the worst dental experience I have had. Note to the dentist: this is absolutely a true and valid review. Please take note and take steps to elevate your level of care and service instead of spending time disparaging any review you aren't happy with.
