Dr. Sally Souders is originally from the Cleveland area and comes from a family full of dentists. She practiced as a dental assistant for several years, during which she found her passion for working with patients and the art of dentistry. Dr. Souders attended Miami University in Oxford, OH where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and continued on to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA to attain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Throughout her rigorous clinical training at Tufts, Dr. Souders gained the skills and understanding necessary to effectively diagnose and create treatment plans to address her patients needs and concerns. She has since pursued and acquired further training in Implants, Orthodontics, TMJ and Botox therapies with the on-going goal of better serving her patients. She is dedicated to developing both personal relationships with her patients as well as ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Dr. Souders is a member of the Ohio Dental Association, Cincinnati Dental Society, and the American Association of Women Dentists. Throughout her undergraduate and postgraduate education, Dr. Souders has been committed to community service at home and abroad.
Dr. Souders truly enjoys living and working in the Bridgetown area and loves being able to serve this community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

I've always been a little nervous to go to the dentist Until I went to Afinia last year. Nicole and Sam were send from heaven.

The dentist told me that I needed 5 fillings and recommended Invisalign (despite the fact that I had orthodontic work as a kid and my teeth are very straight). I suspected they were simply trying to sell me a lot of dental work. I got a second opinion and was told that I didn't need any fillings and that the alignment of my teeth is perfectly fine and healthy. I would not recommend this dentist or any others that are part of this chain.

I have been with Dr. Souders and her team for some time now and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean. The entire staff truly cares about you and your smile. They all work together to get you what you need. They make you feel comfortable and ensure you understand what is going on with your care. You're not just another patient to them, they genuinely care about you!

Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. I was nervous going to the dentist again after a few years. She was extremely thorough, explained every step and definitely put me at ease. She was so knowledgable and caring. I highly recommend. The entire staff took care of me from start to finish including walking me through finances. Great place!!

I had a severe accident and knocked my bridge out, cracked some teeth, loosened others, pretty bad. Sally got me right in as an emergent, they hand fashioned a bridge on site and had me ready for my Florida vacation in one day!!! They were amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and gentle. I'm not going anywhere else. And I live four hours away!!! Thank you, thank you!

I found Afinia Dental about 10 months ago. I am scared to death of the dentist and let them know that upfront. From my first visit everyone at the Bridgetown office was so nice. They didn't judge the condition of my teeth of al the work I needed done. I have had extensive work with this office over the past 10 months and I can't say enough good things about all the girls. I can say I finally found a dentist office where I am comfortable going to.

Afinia has always been friendly and efficient. I needed a lot of work done with no insurance. I did not feel judged by the dentist/hygienist and they worked out payment options for me. I recommended them to my father and he had the same experience. I definitely recommend Afinia Dental! Update- Three years later and I am officially cavity free! When I walked into Afinia scared and intimidated I had a cavity on every tooth. It's been one heck of a journey and Afinia was there every step of the way. Forever thankful!!

Recently, I began treatment at the Afinia Dental office on Bridgetown road. As someone who neglected their own care for years due to fear and anxiety, every single person in this office has been more helpful and comforting than ever could have been expected. During a recent visit both Dr. Malenfant and hygienist Tish, literally went 60 extra miles to make sure I was given the absolute best care possible. I just cannot overstate enough how well I was treated. Through multiple appointment changes, the scheduling staff was courteous, understanding, and flexible. All of the hygienist that I encountered were supportive and reassuring during my high stress periods. The level of care provided by Dr. Malenfant and Tish were exemplary and should be commended. Thanks to everyone at Afinia, Bridgetown. I could not be more satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone seeking high quality dental care and service.
