Worst dental experience ever. The dentist was very impatient and careless performing the extracrion causing damage to a nearby tooth and offered no solution or explanation. They failed to send over prescriptions to my pharmacy. I called friday to inform them and was told I would get a call back. I never recieved a call and was left without anything for pain or infection management all weekend. I e now missed multiple days of work and had to make a trip to th ER due to the complications surrounding this botched procedure.

If i could give 0 stars i would. After repeatedly telling people how far i had to drive to get there they didn't listen and made me drive all the way there and cost my husband hours at work only to be told they can't do it (because they didn't look at my x rays till i got there) and be given a referral to Seattle. I couldn't afford to drive to Yakima for no reason and i sure can't afford to drive to Seattle as well. HORRIBLE customer service and complete lack of respect for patients!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I personally Had 4 teeth taken they were excellent With me. Dr. schraek and Jose S. Where the greatest . They put me totally at ease, even played my favorite music. I am completely satisfied.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a tooth removal. Leanne and Schralk made sure that I could expect, possible complications, and they made me feel super comfortable. They both DEFINITELY made me laugh and I know now it wasn't just the nitrous talking cuz when I left I was still laughing at the amazing tailbone popping skills that Schralk contains 20/10 would recommend to anyone and would go get any oral surgery from them in the future!

Had all four wisdom teeth removed today. Doctor Schack and Jose S. were great. Played some Zeppelin during the procedure and made the entire process less stressful. 10/10 would do it again.

Jose S. And Dr. schraek took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth in like 20 minutes they really chill , funny and just alive get along with their pacientes and Jose even let me keep the teeth

I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed today Jose and Dr. Schrack were good. Only took 10 mins. I would do it again they made me feel relaxed and was surprised when he said alrite we're all done.

This was the most awesome experience ever! Jose S. Is quite the funny guy and very relateable... Not to mention Handsome! Dr. Schuck was amusing as well and knew how to keep things fun and light! Thanks guys! Definately keeping you guys in mind if i need any other things done!

I hate the dentist! My experience here was the best! Leanne and Schrack are the best! I had 4 teeth extracted and at one point felt like I was going to fall asleep! LOL but seriously the receptionists helped me with my insurance company and got the ball rolling. In and out, fast! Thanks again!

Just had a nasty wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Cheng and Leanne. It was a great experience, and I felt in very good hands during the procedure. They were very caring and professional, and were able to remove the tooth while keeping me comfortable. This was a much better experience then the one I had for my previous wisdom tooth extraction at a different dentist office in my home town. Thanks for taking such good care of me Dr. Cheng and Leanne! Now I won't be afraid of getting my next one taken care of .

I went in not long ago to get my wisdom teeth removed and it all went so great! I was taken care by Dr.Schrack and Leanne. They were so nice and funny. I would definitely recommend coming here for anything! Really nice people!

I went in today for a tooth extraction, and from a previous bad experience I was having a lot of anxiety. But Dr Cheng and Emmiy made me feel much better. Dr cheng was very professional and his deminer told me he knew what he was doing and that he was good at what he did. Dr Cheng, Emmiy and I all expected the procedure to take atleast 45 mins. Dr Cheng was able to pull the tooth in about 5 mins maybe even less. No one likes having a tooth pulled but that was the best extraction experience I have ever had. I felt way better when I was done and felt a little silly for being so nervious. So for anyone new planning on visiting this office Dr Cheng and Emmiy are the duo to ask for.. Thank you both!!

Dr. Schrack and Leanne done an amazing job! The process was super fast and easy. They made sure I was at ease before starting the procedure and answered all my questions. These guys make a great team and wisdom teeth removal a sinch. You guys rock!!
