With the pandemic I hadn't been able to go to the dentist for the last few years, and ended up with a bit of bad news. The dentist that was working with me was super polite and very responsive to all of the (possibly dumb) questions I had. I've got another appointment in a week to get some work done and while I am a bit nervous about it, I couldn't ask for a better place to go to.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with the result of Dr. Chiang's wonderful work and honesty. I was told by other doctors that my tooth was going to break and I didn't listen because they didn't explain well like Dr. Chiang. I received nothing but kindness & experienced care! I highly recommend this dental office. The text communication and online forms are awesome also...

I normally hate the dentist because I struggle with depression and brushing my teeth is sometimes really hard for me. I have struggled to find a judgement-free dentist who will work with me to best figure out a care plan. He was great, informed me about the whole process and kept it very professional, it is clear he has my best interest in mind

Absolutely amazing experience! I am on limited dental coverage and they were still able to get me in right away for my cleaning and exam. After the exam we were able to set up a plan to get my teeth back in order, and they got me in 4 days later. In the past I have had a few bad experiences with inadequate numbing, but not this place. They are spot on, and got a huge amount of work done in one sitting. They definitely know what they are doing and I left there knowing way more about dental health. Prices are more than reasonable, and overall a wonderful dental experience. I will be going back soon to get a crown, extremely happy I found this gem. **UPDATE** Brought my 2 year old in for an exam, had yet another wonderful experience! Super patient and informative, even got us in a bit early! Still highly recommend

Best dental experience ever. If you don't take care of your teeth like me, do not come here expecting them to fix all your problems in one visit. The dentist gave me a clear plan and encouraged me to focus on one problem at a time. I read a lot of the one star reviews and it seems like it's the same few persons creating accounts and writing about the same things over and over. No paper, hard to get appointment, etc. Sounds like people are mad whenever they don't get there way nowadays. Ask yourself have you been keeping up with your teeth, if not, stop blaming other people and take responsibility. I know I had to clean up my life and no one else did that for me except for me. This office is super polite and friendly. I do not believe these sour grapes went to the same dental office I did. Keep doing what you guys are doing and thank you for treating me with kindness and with zero judgment. Don't let these fake sour reviews bring the world down. I've never been here was reading reviews thinking about it but omg if u seriously click on alot of the 5 star reviews profile pictures not all but most are fake they have only made 1 review ever and absolutely nothing else or 2 reviews its always this place and some restoration place it's just too weird idk about this check it out yourself people click on the round pictures for the people who did similar sounding 5 star reviews and u will see its freaky

I'll start with I hope that if there's a response from the office like they've done on other posts it's at least respectful and truthful but that may be asking too much. I don't know much about how this particular office performs on procedures as I never got there, between the car salesman like upselling and the stonewall act they pulled the second I asked for paperwork explaining the price of a procedure and why it was two thousand more than the same procedure at nearby offices, I never agreed to the procedure. I hope my experience was isolated, I hope I misunderstood something, but the moment I asked for documentation is not the moment to get sketchy and say the doctor will speak to you on the issue but we don't do the paperwork until the procedure day. What?

This place is a fraud, don't believe anything he tells you . He told me I needed my tooth to be extracted, new bone then a new tooth but it was all lies . I went to a different place got X-rays done and that was not the case he told me . He's just trying to make money out of you by lying. He wouldn't give any paperwork and they want all the money upfront when you make a appointment. He needs to be investigated. He's a Insurance fraud. You shouldn't be a dentist. If you go to him make sure to get a second opinion before getting any work done.

Tried to schedule an appointment for my a family member. They wouldn't talk to me on the phone and wanted to do it over text. Three word responses at that. What a ridiculous way to do business. I've had car sales men put more effort into trying to get my business. That's all I needed to know. Hilarious.

Dr. Chiang goes above and beyond in explaining treatments. I overheard an angry patient leaving because they wanted everything for free. What insurance covers free surgery and implants and free root canals or free dentures? Give me a break. People these days! Dr pointed out issues with my teeth that I always had concern with but my previous dentists always brushed them aside. I am looking forward to starting my treatment. Marvellous dentist! Very Covid friendly measures are taken to ensure a safe dental visit. My teeth feel great after my cleaning and I would highly recommend this office!!

If you actually want work done on your teeth, avoid this office. Focus on problems, not solutions. I would rather pay more money for someone with a positive attitude. I glued that bridge back on myself. I still need to address 11, but you balked

I had my teeth cleaned with this dentist. The concern with this this dentist is that the patient needs to pay the co-pay at the time of scheduling the appointment. For example, if I need to get my tooth cleaned in three months from now and I want to schedule an appointment today, the dentist expects you to pay the co-pay today. This is ridiculous. For the first appointment, the dentist did not ask me to pay the copay at the time of scheduling my appointment. Immediately after completing the first appointment, the office staff called multiple times on the same day asking me to make the copay, before the insurance company process the claim. If the dentist is need of money immediately, he should not open the business and should work for some hospital.

Dr is nice and knows his stuff. He teaches at UW and spent 45 minutes answering all my questions. Have you ever spoken to your dentist and had all your questions answered in one visit? My situation will cost me some money but I feel very confident Dr Hank will fix my jaw pain..

Great place! Caring, efficient, and effective. Had some tooth pain and Doctor Hank fit me in the same day and took care of it quickly. The payment was easy and surgery was painless. I highly recommend this office.

They used high-tech imagery and high-quality crowns that were scanned right then. Cheaper and faster than my old dentist. Dr. Chiang is very friendly and efficient. All costs were explained and there was no pressure. I didn't get a lecture about my issues, only explanations. I highly recommend Affordable Family Dentistry..

Very good service. Thorough and informative. Good pricing. Cheaper than my old dentist and does great work. Very clean and good COVID protocols they've implemented. I felt extremely safe. Finally found a dentist that I don't mind going to. Let's be honest, no one loves going to the dentist. Thanks Dr Hank!!
